The participants in the qualitative part were faculty members and managers of employment centers for basic sciences students, and in the quantitative part were final year students and university graduates. We conducted in-depth interviews with experts in the qualitative part until they achieved theoretical saturation. </span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">In the analysis stage, we used the line-by-line coding method in Max</span><span style="font-size:10.0pt">q</span><span style="font-size:10.0pt">uda software. From its results, a researcher-made questionnaire was developed and used as a tool for the quantitative part.
