پدیدارشناسی بعد عاطفی؛ عنصر مغفول برنامه درسی رشته پرستاری

زمینه و اهداف: یکی از اصولی که باید در طراحی برنامه‌های درسی موردتوجه باشد، پی گیری اهداف و محتوای برنامه درسی در سه بعد شناختی، عاطفی و روانی- حرکتی است. اگر یکی از این ابعاد مورد غفلت قرار گیرد، برنامه درسی تعادل خود را از دست خواهد داد و به یادگیری پایدار منجر نخواهد شد. لذا این مقاله باهدف بررسی برنامه درسی رشته پرستاری در دوره کارشناسی به لحاظ توجه یا عدم توجه به حوزه عاطفی نگاشته شده است.

روش بررسی: روش این پژوهش کیفی و از نوع پدیدارشناسی است که در سال 1393 انجام‌شده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل دانشجویان سال چهارم رشته پرستاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ارومیه بود. با شیوه نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و با مصاحبه با ۱۴ نفر از دانشجویان داده‌های این تحقیق به حد اشباع رسید. جهت تحلیل اطلاعات جمع‌آوری‌شده از روش دیکلمن استفاده گردید.

یافته‌ها: پس از جمع‌آوری اطلاعات با استفاده از گام‌های هفت‌گانه دیکلمن اطلاعات موردبررسی و تحلیل دقیق قرار گرفت. با تحلیل اطلاعات پنج درون‌مایه اصلی و چند درون‌مایه فرعی به دست آمد که عبارت‌اند از، بی‌علاقگی دانشجویان به رشته انتخاب‌شده، عدم انگیزه کافی برای یادگیری مطالب جدید، بی‌توجهی استادان به علایق و ترجیحات دانشجویان، نگرش منفی نسبت به محتوای برخی دروس و نگرش منفی نسبت به آموزش در موقعیت‌های بالینی.

نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های این تحقیق حاکی از این است که طراحان و مجریان برنامه درسی رشته پرستاری نتوانسته‌اند حوزه عاطفی را در برنامه درسی مورد پوشش قرار دهند و این حوزه کماکان مغفول مانده است.
