رابطه جهت‌گیری هدف (تبحری، عملکردگرا و عملکردگریز) و فراشناخت با احساس بهزیستی ذهنی و خودکارآمدی تحصیلی در دانشجویان

زمینه و اهداف: احساس بهزیستی ذهنی و خودکارآمدی تحصیلی از مهم­ترین مباحث قابل پژوهش در دانشگاه­ها است و تشخیص متغیرهای پیش‌بینی کننده­ی آن بسیار حائز اهمیت است. بر این اساس هدف از پژوهش حاضر تعیین رابطه کانونی جهت‌گیری هدف (تبحری، عملکردگرا و عملکردگریز) و فراشناخت با احساس بهزیستی ذهنی و خودکارآمدی تحصیلی در دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد اهواز بود.

روش بررسی: روش پژوهش همبستگی از نوع کانونی بوده و نمونه پژوهش شامل 400 نفر از دانشجویان (200 دختر و 200 پسر) که به صورت تصادفی خوشه ای انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه جهت‌گیری اهدف پیشرفت میدگلی و همکاران (1998)، پرسشنامه حالت فراشناختی (ESM)، پرسشنامه احساس بهزیستی ذهنی (SWLS) و پرسشنامه خودکارآمدی تحصیلی دانشجویان (CASE) استفاده شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی کانونی تحلیل شد.

یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که بین جهت‌گیری تبحری، جهت‌گیری عملکردی-رویکردی، جهت‌گیری عملکردی-اجتنابی و فراشناخت با احساس بهزیستی ذهنی و خودکارآمدی تحصیلی رابطه معنادار وجود دارد و نیز قویترین رابطه بین فراشناخت از متغیرهای مجموعه اول (مستقل) و احساس بهزیستی ذهنی از متغیرهای مجموعه دوم (وابسته) می‌باشد (0/01 >p).

نتیجه‌گیری: : می توان نتیجه گرفت که برای تعالی احساس خودکارآمدی تحصیلی و در پی آن افزایش بهزیستی ذهنی دانشجویان، توجه به مسیر و جهت انتخاب شده در روند پیشرفت تحصیلی و فرایند های فراشناختی آنها مهم می‌باشد و می تواند بر کیفیت عملکرد تحصیلی آنها تأثیرگذار باشد.
