Fitting and Path Analysis نnowledge Management Model and هts Role in the Creativity Faculty Members (The Case of Implementing Universitis Distance Education)

Aims: The present study aimed to Fitting and Path analysis knowledge management model and its role in the creativity of faculty members in universities implementing distance Education.
 Methods: The aim of this study is applied and the method is incorporated into the kind of quality and quantity. The study population included all faculty members at universities, education administrators from around the country that in 2901 people. Data collection from non-structured questionnaires, semi-structured and structured been used. Confirmatory factor analysis was used to check the validity of the questionnaire. Using Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality of the data and the analysis and evaluation of structural equation model (software AMOS) and to analyze the data, Lisrel and Spss software is used.
Results: The aim of this study in terms of applied and the method is combination of quantitative-qualitative. The study population consists of all faculty members of distance education implementing universities around the country that counts to 2901 members. In the qualitative phase sampling purposive sampling method (non-probabilistic), including 12 experts in the field of management and quantitative sampling and sample according to cochran formula 339 people. To gather data, questionnaires unstructured, semi-structured and structured been used. Confirmatory factor analysis was used to check the validity of the questionnaire. Using Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality of the data and the analysis and evaluation of structural equation model (software AMOS) and for data analysis, software is used Lisrel v8.80.
Conclusion: Effective management of knowledge provides the context in which the creation, sharing and application of knowledge in implementing distance education universities established And backgrounds to create an organization that provides creative and innovative members.
