رابطه خودکارآمدی و تاب‌آوری تحصیلی با سازگاری و عملکرد تحصیلی دانشجویان علوم پزشکی

مقدمه: حضور در دانشگاه، تجربیات و فرصت‌هایی برای تحول روانی-اجتماعی دانشجویان فراهم می‌سازد. بااین‌حال، منابع متعدد استرس ممکن است سازگاری تحصیلی دانشجویان را با مشکل مواجه سازد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه خودکارآمدی تحصیلی و تاب‌آوری تحصیلی با سازگاری و عملکرد تحصیلی دانشجویان علوم پزشکی انجام گرفت.
روش کار: پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی با طرح همبستگی است. تعداد 220 دانشجوی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کاشان (شامل 143 دختر و 77 پسر) در نیمسال دوم 95-96 با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند و به پرسشنامه‌های تاب‌آوری تحصیلی مارتین و مارش، خودکارآمدی تحصیلی مک‌ایلروی و بانتینگ، مؤلفه سازگاری تحصیلی از پرسشنامه سازگاری با دانشگاه بیکر و سیریاک و معدل کل و سؤالات دموگرافیک پاسخ دادند. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون ازطریق نرم‌افزار SPSS-22 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که خودکارآمدی تحصیلی با سازگاری تحصیلی (55/0 = r و 001/0 > P) وعملکرد تحصیلی (29/0 = r و 001/0 > P) و همچنین، بین تاب‌آوری تحصیلی با سازگاری تحصیلی (47/0 = r و 001/0>P) و عملکرد تحصیلی (25/0 = r و 001/0 >P) همبستگی مثبت معناداری دارد. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون همزمان نشان داد خودکارآمدی تحصیلی (001/0 > P، 83/6 = t، 42/0 = β) و تاب‌آوری تحصیلی (001/0 > P، 29/4 = t، 26/0 = β) توانستند 35 درصد از واریانس سازگاری تحصیلی را به طور معناداری تبیین کنند. همچنین، خودکارآمدی تحصیلی (003/0 = P، 009/3 = t، 22/0 = β) و تاب‌آوری تحصیلی (043/0 = P، 040/2 = t، 15/0 = β) قادرند 10 درصد واریانس عملکرد تحصیلی را تبیین نمایند.
نتیجه‌گیری: به نظر می‌رسد ازطریق تدوین برنامه‌های مناسب در آموزش و اجرای راهکارهای تقویت خودکارآمدی و تاب‌آوری تحصیلی و ایجاد محیط تسهیل‌کننده آنها می‌توان به افزایش میزان سازگاری تحصیلی و بهبود عملکرد تحصیلی دانشجویان کمک نمود.
