تأثیر آموزش راهبردهای وسعت‌بخشی تفکر بر بهزیستی ذهنی و تحمل ابهام دانش‌آموزان

مقدمه: هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر آموزش راهبردهای وسعت‌بخشی تفکر بر بهزیستی ذهنی و تحمل ابهام دانش‌آموزان دختر متوسطه دوم شهر خرم‌آباد بود. روش پژوهش حاضر نیمه آزمایشی از نوع پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون با گروه گواه می‌باشد.
روش کار: جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه دانش‌آموزان پایه سوم متوسطه دوم مشغول به تحصیل در دبیرستان‌های واقع در شهر خرم‌آباد بودند که تعداد 40 نفر از آن‌ها به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای از جامعه موردنظر انتخاب شدند. در پژوهش حاضر از پرسشنامه تحمل ابهام مک لین (2008) و بهزیستی ذهنی (رن شاو و بولوگینو، 2016) استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: داده‌ها با استفاده از روش‌های آمار توصیفی (میانگین و انحراف استاندارد) و آمار استنباطی (تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره) تحلیل شدند. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که آموزش راهبردهای وسعت‌بخشی تفکر باعث بهبود بهزیستی ذهنی (P < 0.001, F = 75.09) و تحمل ابهام (P < 0.001, F = 34.17) در دانش‌آموزان می‌شود. بنابراین، می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که آموزش راهبردهای وسعت‌بخشی تفکر به دانش‌آموزان منجر به افزایش سطح بهزیستی ذهنی و افزایش تحمل ابهام در آنان می‌شود.
نتیجه گیری: ازاین‌رو به مدارس پیشنهاد می‌شود که توجه به آموزش این نوع از مهارت‌ها را جزء اولویت‌های آموزشی خود قرار دهند.
