Introduction: Despite the existence of a variety of empowerment models, there is still no suitable model for medical students. In this regard, the purpose of this paper is to provide a model for medical students empowerment with an entrepreneurial university approach. Methods: To do this research, in addition to documentary study, Fuzzy Delphi technique has been used to refine the factors and components. Then, a conceptual model was designed, and it was evaluated to use a 66-item questionnaire among 384 medical sciences students of Kerman province Universities in a simple random sampling. The aggregated data were tested using the structural equation model and smart PLS software. Results: The model of empowerment of medical students and with the approach of establishment of entrepreneurship and value creation universities was designed and tested and according to value of GOF = 0.696, fit of the model has been approved. Conclusions: The fitted model showed that the greatest influence among the factors is environmental factors with imact factor of 0.522 on student empowerment, and it effect is indirectly 3.
