Methods: Statistical Society included all professors of Tehran farhangian university, health educators and school administrators in Tehran high schools in the academic year 2014-2015, 537 samples were selected by using cluster sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire with 28 items in the form of the 7 components of fitness knowledge, culture, attitude, content, financial, human resources and skills, which measures feasibility of sexual training. Its validity was confirmed by experts and Cronbach's alpha coefficient was calculated as 0/86. Results: The results show that the state of preparedness and readiness of content knowledge is higher than average and in a good condition and the possibility of sexual health education in this category is in a favorable situation. By examining the average of these variables, and refer to descriptive statistics, it is defined that the financial and cultural preparation are not in conducive condition and stayed on lower level than the average population. The results also show that human resources preparation, attitude preparation and skills preparation are not significant at a confidence level of 95/0. This means that the preparation of human resources, attitude and skills, are close to the average population, and the preparations are moderate. Conclusion: Sexual health education topic is a long process for all segments of society: teachers, students, parents, researchers, consultants, educational planners and curriculum, policy makers, practitioners and university professors that should always be considered.
