fa ساختار مدیریت اطلاعات آموزشی در دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی تعامل دانشجویان با آموزش Student Interaction with Education مروری نقلی Narrative Review <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><span style="color:#000000;"><strong>زمینه و</strong><strong> اهداف: </strong>در مطالعات بر نقش حیاتی مدیریت اطلاعات در آینده آموزش و پژوهش در آموزش عالی تأکید شده است. در این مقاله سعی بر آن است که ساختار مدیریت اطلاعات آموزشی در مراکز آموزش عالی علوم پزشکی به‌منظور بهبود کیفیت اطلاعات و کسب اطلاعات و ارتقای مدیریت دانشگاهی تبیین گردد.<br> <strong>روش بررسی: </strong>در این مطالعه مروری منابع از پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی داخلی و خارجی </span><span dir="RTL">نظیر &laquo;نور، پابمد&nbsp;</span>(PubMed)<span dir="RTL"> و الزویر&nbsp;</span>(Elsevier)<span dir="RTL">&raquo; با کلمات کلیدی&nbsp;</span><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"> ترکیبی از قبیل مدیریت اطلاعات و </span><span dir="LTR" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">information management</span><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"> از سال 2000 تا 2017 به فارسی و انگلیسی بازیابی و با منابع چاپی 87 مورد مرتبط دسته بندی شد. در انتخاب مقالات و منابع محدودیتی از نظر نوع آن‌ها اعمال نشد.&nbsp;</span></span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><span style="color:#000000;"><strong>یافته‌ها: </strong>طبق یافته‌ها، درک نیازها و الزامات اطلاعات گام مهمی در تدوین استراتژی اطلاعات و مدیریت دانش و تدوین ابزارها برای فراهم کردن خدمات اطلاعات و ترویج خلاقیت و نوآوری است. مدیریت اطلاعات اثربخش شرط ضروری برای توسعه اجتماعی و اقتصادی است. کارکرد مدیریت اطلاعات به تمام جنبه‌های مدیریت کردن اطلاعات مربوط می‌شود. اطلاعات و روش مدیریت آن باید موجب بهره‌وری جامعه دانشگاه شود. نیازهای اطلاعاتی ذی‌نفعان باید برآورده شود. یافته‌ها حول مدیریت اطلاعات آموزشی دانشگاه و سه محور اصلی گردآوری، پردازش و ارائه داده‌ها دسته بندی شد.<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong><strong>:</strong> برای برقراری سه مرحله اصلی مدیریت اطلاعات شامل گردآوری، پردازش و انتشار داده‌ها در دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی باید بسترسازی شود. سیستم‌ها و خدمات اطلاعات باید برای اقدام به روشی که متمرکز بر کاربر و وظایف باشد، طراحی یا بازطراحی شود.&nbsp;</span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span class="blink_text"><strong><span dir="LTR">Background and Aims:</span></strong><span dir="LTR"> In some studies, the crucial role of information management in future of education and research in higher education has been emphasized. Educational data are significant for management goals at its macro level. This paper tries to explain the management structure of educational information at facilities of higher education of medical sciences in order to improve the information quality, obtain information, and promote the university management.&nbsp; </span><br> <strong><span dir="LTR">Methods</span></strong><span dir="LTR">: In this review paper, databases such as Noor, PubMed and Elsevier, both in Persian and English from 2000 to 2017, were investigated by searching some compound keywords including &ldquo;information management&rdquo; to retrieve the required resources </span><span dir="LTR">and 87 related cases were categorized along with the printed sources</span><span dir="LTR">. No limitations were applied in the selection of sources in terms of their types. </span><br> <strong><span dir="LTR">Results</span></strong><span dir="LTR">: The most important findings are explained in the follows.</span><span dir="LTR"> Effective information management is a prerequisite for a continued social and economic development. Information management function is concerned in all aspects of managing information. Information and its management method should lead to the productivity of academic community. Information needs of Stakeholders must be met. Findings were categorized based on educational information management in university and three main subjects, as data collecting, processing and presentation.</span><br> <strong><span dir="LTR">Conclusion</span></strong><span dir="LTR">: In order to establish the three main steps of information management including the data collecting, processing and disseminating in universities of medical sciences, the necessary infrastructure should be made.
