fa ارائه مدل مطلوب رقابت جهت پیشرفت آموزشی در دانشگاه(مورد مطالعه: دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی) طراحی برنامه درسی در علوم پزشکی Curriculum Design in Medical Science پژوهشی اصيل Original Research <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">مقدمه:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">بسیاری</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">از</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">پدیده&shy;ها تغییر کرده</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">اند،</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">تغییر</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">برای</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">آموزش عالی</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">و</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">دانشگاه</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">ها</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">دیگر</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">یک</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">فرصت</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">نیست،</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">بلکه</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">یک</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">ضرورت</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">است. بنابراین هدف از این پژوهش ارتقاء رقابت پذیری آینده واحدهای دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی بود.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">روش</span></span></strong><strong><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">‌</span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">ها:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">پژوهش از نوع توسعه&shy;ای و کاربردی با رویکرد آمیخته بود. جامعه و نمونه آماری در بخش کیفی شامل خبرگان علمی و دانشگاهی با پست&shy;های مدیریتی و در بخش کمی شامل اعضاء هیئت علمی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی سطح تهران می&shy;باشد. روش نمونه&shy;گیری در بخش کیفی و کمی به‌صورت نمونه‌گیری احتمالی و غیر احتمالی انتخاب شد. ابزار از نوع پرسشنامه محقق ساخته و اعتبار و روایی پژوهش، از روایی وابسته به معیار، محتوایی و سازه و برای پایایی از آزمون کرونباخ با درجه قابل قبول انجام پذیرفت تجزیه و تحلیل در بخش کمی از آمار توصیفی و در بخش کیفی از آمار استنباطی و مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری و تحلیل عاملی تاییدی از نرم افزارهای&nbsp; </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">SPSS</span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> و </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">LISREL</span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> استفاده شد.</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">یافته‌ها: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">یافته&shy;ها نشان داد که دانشگاه‌ها در تمامی این شاخص‌ها و ابعاد دچار مشکل هستند. مشکل از این جهت که به نظر پاسخ‌گویان که اساتید همین دانشگاه‌ها بوده‌اند، در تمامی شاخص‌ها و ابعاد عملکرد موجود با عملکرد مطلوب تفاوت معنی‌داری دارد.</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">بنابراین و با توجه به نتایج مطالعه باید گفت که دانشگاه‌های استان تهران نتوانسته‌اند به نتبجه مطلوب دست یابند و در تمامی ابعاد و شاخص‌ها ضعیف عمل کرده‌اند و در ادامه باید بر شاخص&shy;های ارتقا و پیشرفت آموزشی تاکید بیشتری شود.</span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"></span></span> <strong>Introduction:</strong> Many phenomena have changed and changes is no longer an opportunity for higher education and universities, but it is a necessity. Therefore, the aim of this study was to improve the future competitiveness of Islamic Azad University units.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> The research was developmental and applied with a mixed approach. The statistical population and sample in the qualitative section include scientific and academic experts with managerial positions and in the quantitative section include the faculty members of the Islamic Azad University of Tehran. Sampling method was selected in qualitative and quantitative sections as possible and non-probabilistic sampling. The instrument was made from a researcher-made questionnaire and the validity of the research were based on standard, content and construct validity. For structural equation modeling and confirmatory factor analysis, SPSS and LISREL software were used.<span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>Results:</strong> The findings showed that universities have problems in all of these indicators and dimensions.
