fa اثر بخشی برنامه درسی تجربه شده در توسعه شایستگی فرهنگی دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز طراحی برنامه درسی در علوم پزشکی Curriculum Design in Medical Science پژوهشی اصيل Original Research <strong>مقدمه: </strong>شایستگی فرهنگی به عنوان جزء اصلی و اساسی از حرفه گرایی، در حوزه علوم پزشکی به دلیل تنوع فرهنگی مراجعین جایگاه منحصر به فرد و ویژه&shy;ای را دارا است. در این راستا هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی برنامه &shy;درسی تجربه &shy;شده در توسعه شایستگی فرهنگی دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز بوده است.&nbsp;<br> <strong>روش ها:</strong> روش مورد استفاده در این پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بوده است. جامعه آماری در این پژوهش شامل کلیه دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز بوده، که از میان آن&shy;ها با استفاده از نمونه&shy;گیری تصادفی طبقه&shy;ای نسبتی بر حسب دانشکده 366 نفر انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه اثربخشی برنامه درسی تجربه شده محمدی و ملتجی (1391) و پرسشنامه محقق&shy;ساخته شایستگی فرهنگی، بود که پس از محاسبه روایی و پایایی مورد استفاده قرار گرفته شد.<br> <strong>یافته ها:</strong> یافته&shy;ها نشان&shy;داد که: 1- کیفیت برنامه درسی تجربه‌شده بالاتر از معیار میانگین و پایین&shy;تر از حد مطلوب می&shy;باشد.2- شایستگی فرهنگی، در سه بعد (آگاهی فرهنگی، دانش فرهنگی و مهارت فرهنگی) بالاتر از معیار میانگین و بعد (مواجهه فرهنگی) پایین&shy;تر از معیار میانگین و همه ابعاد شایستگی فرهنگی پایین&shy;تر از حد مطلوب می&shy;باشند. 3- بین عناصر برنامه درسی تجربه‌شده و شایستگی فرهنگی (آگاهی، دانش و مهارت) رابطه معنی&shy;داری وجود دارد. 4- عناصر برنامه درسی تجربه‌شده (محتوا، تکلیف، کیفیت و هدف)، پیش&shy;بینی کننده معنی&shy;دار و ارزشیابی پیش بینی کننده غیرمعنی دار شایستگی فرهنگی می&shy;باشند.<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری: </strong>با توجه به نتایج، می&shy;توان با طراحی برنامه درسی با کیفیت در همه ابعاد و عناصر شرایطی را فراهم کنیم که دانشجویان به بالاترین میزان دانش فرهنگی، آگاهی فرهنگی و مهارت فرهنگی دست یابند و با ارائه تکالیف مناسب و گروهی باعث بهبود عملکرد مواجهه فرهنگی در دانشجویان شد. <strong>Context and goals</strong><strong>:</strong> cultural competence is considered as the main and basic component of professionalism and has unique and special place in the medical sciences due to the cultural diversity of its clients. The goal of this research was surveying of the effectiveness of the experienced curriculum in developing of students&rsquo; cultural competency in Shiraz University of Medical Sciences. <span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>&nbsp;Methods</strong><strong><span dir="RTL">:&nbsp; </span></strong>The research method used was descriptive<span dir="RTL"> - </span>correlational. The population of this research consisted of all students of Shiraz University of Medical Sciences. Among them, 366 participants were selected by stratified random sampling method based on the faculty.
