fa الگوی آموزش مبتنی بر شایستگی در هنرستان‌های فنی‌و‌حرفه ای و کاردانش: نظریه داده‌بنیاد Competency-Based Education Pattern in Technical and Vocational Technical Schools: Grounded Theory سایر موضوعات Other Fields پژوهشی کيفی Qualitative Research مقدمه: آموزش به عنوان عامل اصلی در توسعهپایدار، همواره مورد تاکید برنامه ریزان بوده است و یکی از موفق ترین روشها آموزش شایستگی محور است، لذا هدف پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی ابعاد و مولفه ها و عوامل تاثیرگذار بر آموزش مبتنی برشایستگی و طراحی الگوی مناسب هنرستانهای فنی وحرفهای و کاردانش است. روش کار: روش پژوهش از نوع کیفی با رویکرد مبتنی بر نظریه داده بنیاد میباشد. بدین منظور از نمونه گیری هدفمند و مصاحبه های عمیق نیمه ساختاریافته با خبرگانعلمی آشنا با موضوع تحقیق استفاده شده است که جمع آوری آن در بازه زمانی مهر 1397 تا فروردین 1398 صورت گرفته و تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. به منظور تحلیل دادهها از سیستم کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی استفاده گردید. یافتهها: تحلیل داده ها نشان داد که شرایط علّی از 4 مقوله اصلی(لزوم کاربردی نمودن آموزش، تربیت نیروی انسانی ماهر، اشتغال و تراکم غیرمنطقی داوطلبین در رشته های نظری)، پدیده اصلی از دو مقوله جنبه عینی شایستگی(دانش و مهارت) و جنبه ذهنی شایستگی (نگرش، بینش، توانایی و انگیزه)، شرایط زمینه ای از 4 مقوله اصلی حمایتها؛ عوامل اقتصادی؛ اقدامات آموزش وپرورش؛ عوامل فرهنگی؛ شرایط مداخله گر از3مقوله اصلی و 9 مقوله فرعی شامل توانمندسازی هنرآموزان؛ عوامل آموزشی؛ اقدامات آموزش و پرورش؛ و راهبردها از دو مقوله اصلی اقدامات آموزش وپرورش و توانمندسازی(هنرجویان) و پیامدها از دو مقوله اصلی فردی و اجتماعی تشکیل شده است. نتیجه گیری: برای آموزش مبتنی بر شایستگی باید به عوامل موثر بر آن توجه شود و با یک نگرش سیستمی و همه جانبه در قالب عوامل و مولفهها، شرایط علّی، راهبردها، عواملزمینه ای، شرایط محیطی و پیامدها مورد توجه قرار گیرد.   Introduction: Training as a key factor in sustainable development has always been emphasized by planners and one of the most successful methods is competency-based training.Therefore, the purpose of this qualitative study is to identify the dimensions and components and factors affecting competency-based education and designing competency-based education in technical and vocational schools. Methods: This research is a qualitative research based on data theory approach. For this purpose, Purposive sampling and in-depth semi-structured interviews with scientific experts familiar with the subject of research were used. To analyze the data, the system open coding, axial and selective was used. Results: The data analysis showed that causal conditions of 4 main categories (necessity of applying training, training of skilled staff, employment and irrational density of candidates in theoretical disciplines), the main phenomenon of two objective aspects of competency (knowledge and skill).And the mental aspect of competence (attitude, insight, ability and motivation), contextual conditions of 4 main categories of support; economic factors; education measures; cultural factors; intervening conditions of 3 main categories and 9 subcategories including empowerment Artifacts; Educational Factors; Education Measures; and Strategies The two main categories of education and empowerment measures (students) and Consequences consist of two main individual and social categories.
