fa شناسایی عوامل پیشران کلیدی تأثیرگذار بر همکاریهای علمی بین المللی در آموزش عالی: مطالعه ای کیفی Identifying the key driving factors affecting international scientific cooperation in higher education: Qualitative studies سایر موضوعات Other Fields پژوهشی کيفی Qualitative Research چکیده مقدمه: امروزه توسعه فعالیتهای علمی بینالمللی به یکی از دغدغههای اصلی دانشگاههای برتر جهان در راستای افزایش اعتبار، کیفیت، درآمدزایی و برندسازی تبدیل شده است. لذا پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی عوامل پیشرانکلیدی تأثیرگذار بر همکاریهای علمی بینالمللی در آموزش عالی کشور از دیدگاه مدیران بخش بینالملل و صاحبنظران این حوزه انجام شد است. روش ها: پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و با رویکرد کیفی انجام شده است. گروه هدف پژوهش حاضر مدیران بخش بینالملل دانشگاههای دولتی کشور و صاحب نظران این حوزه بود. مشارکتکنندگان در پژوهش 14 نفر از مدیران بخش بینالملل دانشگاههای دولتی و 4 نفر از صاحب نظران این حوزه بود که با استفاده از مصاحبه نیمهساختار یافته دادههای پژوهش از آنها جمعآوری گردید و جهت تحلیل دادهها از روش تحلیل مضمون استفاده شد. نتایج:  پس از تجزیه و تحلیل دادههای حاصل از مصاحبه، مجموع کدهای آزاد استخراج شده از محتوای مصاحبهها 149 کد بود که در 12 مفهوم مشابه طبقهبندی و در نهایت عوامل پیشران کلیدی تاثیر گذار بر گسترش همکاریهای علمی بینالمللی در آموزش عالی در 5 تم اصلی شامل عوامل: اقتصادی، سیای، فرهنگی و ارزشی، فناوری و محیطی دستهبندی شدند. نتیجه گیری: بر اساس یافتههای پژوهش میتوان نتیجه گرفت که برای ارتقا و تقویت همکاریهای علمی بینالمللی دانشگاهها آگاهی از بافتارهای اجتماعی جامعهای که دانشگاه در آن قرار گرفته ضروری است. زیرا که ارتباط میان دانشگاه و جامعهای که در آن قرار گرفته، ارتباطی متقابل و مشارکتی است و پیشرانهای کلیدی نقش تاثیرگذاری در ارتقای همکاریهای علمی بینالمللی در آموزش عالی دارند. واژه های کلیدی: آموزش عالی، همکاریهای علمی بینالمللی، پیشرانها.   Abstract Introduction: Today, the development of international scientific activities has become one of the main concerns of the world's top universities in order to increase credibility, quality, revenue generation and branding. Therefore, the present study was conducted with the aim of identifying the key drivers affecting international scientific cooperation in higher education from the perspective of international managers and experts in this field. Methods: The present study has been done in terms of applied purpose and with a qualitative approach. The target group of the present study was the managers of the international department of public universities in the country and experts in this field. Participants in the study were 14 managers of international departments of public universities and 4 experts in this field from whom research data were collected using semi-structured interviews and to analyze the data. Theme analysis method was used. Results: After analyzing the data obtained from the interview, the total number of free codes extracted from the content of the interviews was 149 codes, which were classified in 12 similar concepts and finally the key drivers influencing the expansion of international scientific cooperation. In higher education, they were categorized into 5 main themes: economic, CIA, cultural and value, technology and environment. Conclusion: Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that in order to promote and strengthen the international scientific cooperation of universities, knowledge of the social contexts of the society in which the university is located is essential. Because the relationship between the university and the community in which it is located is a reciprocal and participatory relationship, and the key drivers play an effective role in promoting international scientific cooperation in higher education. واژه های کلیدی: آموزش عالی, همکاری های علمی بین المللی, پیشران ها.
