fa تجربه دانشجویان از عدالت اساتید: مطالعه پدیدارشناسی سلامت Health پژوهشی کيفی Qualitative Research <p><strong>اهداف: </strong>توزیع عادلانه امکانات تربیتی در نهادها، از گسترده‌ترین و بحث‌برانگیزترین مباحث در حیطه علوم انسانی است. محور اصلی امر تعلیم و تربیت در محیط‌های آموزشی، معلم است. هدف این مطالعه بررسی تجربه دانشجویان از عدالت اساتید در کلاس‌های درس بود. </p><p><strong>روش‌ها: </strong>در پژوهش پدیدارشناسی حاضر 10 مشارکت‌کننده از میان فارغ‌التحصیلان دختر و پسر دوره کارشناسی دانشگاه شهیدمدنی آذربایجان و در پاییز سال 1392 به روش نمونه‌گیری مبتنی بر هدف انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته عمیق استفاده شد. مصاحبه شامل 3 مجموعه سئوال در زمینه‌های تجارب تحصیلی، عدالت در کلاس درس و تجربیات مثبت و منفی در ارتباط با اساتید و عدالت در زمانی بین 30 تا 50 دقیقه بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها براساس روش 7مرحله ‌ ای کلایزی انجام شد. </p><p><strong>یافته‌ها: </strong>10 زیردرون‌مایه (اداره مشارکتی کلاس؛ جایگاه دانشجویان با استعدادهای متفاوت؛ روابط استاد- دانشجو؛ ثبات رفتاری؛ پذیرش رسالت معلمی و قبول مسئولیت در قبال دانشجویان؛ پیش‌داوری در زمینه قومیت؛ پیش‌داوری در زمینه مذهب؛ پیش‌داوری در زمینه جنسیت؛ کلاس درس اساتید؛ انگیزه برای یادگیری) از بین مفاهیم جزئی استخراج شد. این زیردرون‌مایه‌ها در دسته‌بندی‌های موضوعی اصلی قرار داده شدند و به این ترتیب 4 درون‌مایه استخراج شد؛ 1) ساختار روابط استاد با دانشجو؛ 2) ارتباط عدالت استاد با شخصیت؛ 3) ذهنیت قبلی در مورد دانشجویان و 4) تاثیر روحی روانی. </p><p><strong>نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>دانشجویان از رفتارهای عادلانه یا ناعادلانه اساتید در کلاس درس متاثر می‌شوند که می‌تواند در پیشرفت تحصیلی آنها و نگرش آنها به ادامه تحصیل تاثیر منفی یا مثبت بگذارد. </p> <p><strong>Aims: </strong>Equitable distribution of educational facilities in institutions is the most extensive and controversial topics in humanities. In the educational environments, teacher is the core. The purpose of this study was to explore students' experiences of university teachers’ justice in the classrooms. </p><p><strong>Methods: </strong>In this phenomenology study 10 participants were selected purposively among boys and girls Bachelor of Science graduate students of Azarbaijan Shahid Madani University in the autumn of 2013. The deep semi-structural interview was done to collect data. The interview consisted 3 set of questions regarding educational experiments, justice in the classroom, and positive and negative experiences to contact with teachers and time justice between 30 to 50 minutes. Data analysis was done based on seven-step Colaizzi's method. </p><p><strong>Findings: </strong>10 sub-themes (the class participatory governance students ranking with different talents university teacher-student relationships behavioral stability acceptance of teacher responsibility and responsibility to students prejudice of religion, gender the teachers’ class, motivation to learn) were extracted among detailed concepts.
