fa بازنگری برنامه درسی پزشکی عمومی با رویکرد طب نظامی سلامت Health پژوهشی اصيل Original Research <p><strong>اهداف: </strong>آموزش پزشکی کنونی، نیاز دانش‌آموختگان این رشته را با توجه به نیازهای جدید پیش‌آمده، به‌وی‍‍‍ژه در زمینه طب نظامی برآورده نمی‌سازد. بنابراین اصلاح برنامه درسی آن، امری ضروری به‌نظر می‌رسد.<a name="OLE_LINK78"></a><a name="OLE_LINK77"> این مطالعه با هدف بازنگری برنامه درسی پزشکی عمومی با رویکرد طب نظامی و تعیین برنامه درسی طب نظامی انجام گرفت.<strong></strong> </a></p><p><a name="OLE_LINK41"><strong>روش‌ها: </strong></a><a name="OLE_LINK9"></a><a name="OLE_LINK8">این مطالعه از نوع ترکیبی شامل دو بخش کیفی و کمی است. در بخش کیفی، مرور توصیفی منابع و متون با روش فیش‌برداری و در بخش کمی، تحقیق پیمایشی با نظرسنجی از کارشناسان طب نظامی به‌روش دلفی و نهایتاً جلسه متمرکز گروه متخصصان انجام شد و اطلاعات لازم در این زمینه به‌دست آمد. </a><strong></strong></p><p><a name="OLE_LINK30"><strong>یافته‌ها: </strong></a>ضرورت برنامه درسی پزشکی با رویکرد طب نظامی در حد خیلی زیاد ارزیابی شد. تعداد 14 عنوان هدف یادگیری با بیش از 75% توافق کارشناسان برای پزشک نظامی در برنامه درسی تعیین شد. 5 عنوان درس برای دروس پایه طب نظامی به‌حجم کلی 7 واحد و 10 عنوان درس برای دروس تخصصی بالینی نظری طب نظامی به‌حجم کلی 19 واحد، همچنین 5 دوره کارآموزی- کارورزی برای دروس بالینی به‌حجم کلی 11 هفته تعیین شد. </p><p><strong>نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>برنامه درسی جدید برای رشته پزشکی با رویکرد طب نظامی دارای 14 عنوان هدف کلی در حیطه‌های دانشی، نگرشی و مهارتی و تعداد 26 واحد درسی نظری- عملی طب نظامی شامل دروس پایه و اصلی و تخصصی و همچنین 11 هفته دوره کارورزی مهارت‌های طب نظامی و حوادث است که باید به برنامه درسی کشوری این رشته اضافه شود.<strong></strong> </p> <p> <strong> Aims: </strong>Current medical education does not satisfy needs of the graduates of this discipline according to the ongoing new demands, especially in the field of military medicine. Therefore, reform of its curriculum seems to be necessary. The aim of this study was to reform the curriculum of general medicine with military medicine approach and to determine military medicine curriculum. <strong></strong></p><p> <strong> Methods: </strong>This study is of the combined kind, including two parts of qualitative and quantitative.
