fa خلاقیت در آموزش عالی؛ گامی اساسی در جهت توسعه پایدار سلامت Health پژوهشی اصيل Original Research <p> <strong> مقدمه: </strong>آموزش عالی معرف نوع مهمی از سرمایه­گذاری در منابع انسانی است که با فراهم­آوری و ارتقای دانش، مهارت و نگرش مورد نیاز فراگیران، به توسعه پایدار کمک می­کند. آموزش عالی موجب ترویج دانش می­شود و با پیشرفت­های تحقیقاتی و علمی، دانش جدید نیز به وجود می­آورد. دانش جدید، مدیون تفکر خلاق بشر است. بنابراین، خلاقیت در زمره مهم­ترین و فراگیرترین فعالیت­های انسان به­شمار می­رود. خلاقیت توانایی فرد برای تولید ایده­ها، نظریه­ها، بینش­ها یا بازسازی مجدد علوم و سایر زمینه­هاست. آموزش عالی به­عنوان نمودی از فرهنگ هر جامعه نقش بسیار زیادی در پویایی خلاقیت فراگیران دارد. هدف از این مطالعه، معرفی خلاقیت در آموزش عالی و بررسی نقش آن در توسعه پایدار بود. </p><strong>نتیجه­گیری: </strong>با تغییرات فراگیر در نظام آموزش عالی و تربیت افراد خلاق و نوآور می­توان گامی در جهت تحقق و گسترش توسعه پایدار برداشت. تعلیم­دهندگان به­عنوان رکن اساسی نظام تربیتی، نقش بسیار مهمی در پرورش خلاقیت دارند. از این­رو کلید تربیت فرهنگی را که خود کلید توسعه پایدار و ترقی جامعه است، باید در دست معلمانی نوجو و نوآور یافت که به الگوهای مختلف خلاقانه تدریس وفادارند. <p> <strong> Introduction: </strong>Higher education represents a significant type of investment in human resources that help sustainable development by providing and promoting the required knowledge, skill and insights of learners. Higher education promote the knowledge and scientific and research progress gives rise to the new knowledge. New knowledge owes human’s creative thinking. Therefore, creativity is among the most important and universal functions of human being. Creativity is the ability of individual to generate a new idea, theory and insight or reconstructing the sciences and the other fields. As a cultural symbol in a society, higher education plays a major role in creativity dynamic of learners. The aim of this study was to introduce the creativity in higher education and to examine its role in sustainable development. </p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>It is possible to take a step towards realizing and expansion of the sustainable development by evolving extensive changes in supreme educational system and training creative and innovative students. As a principal basis of educational system teachers play a major role in nurturing the creativity.
