Investigate the Impact of Cybernetic Management Functions on the Flexibility of Doctors in the Hospitals of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences

Background and Aims: One of the most important topics of research in universities, is the flexibility of doctors, and diagnosis of its predictor variables, is very important. The aim of this study is to investigate the impact of cybernetic management functions on the flexibility of doctors in the Hospitals of Tabriz.

Methods: This study is descriptive and correlational. 150 doctors, in hospitals of Tabriz University of Medical Science, were selected through census sampling and answer to questionnaire of Cybernetics Management  functions, Ghorbanzadeh (1389), and the Wright and Snell flexibility questionnaire (1996) responded, both of which were valid and highly reliable. Data collected using the Lisrell 19 software and were analyzed by SEM method.

Results: Our findings show that the function of cybernetic management systems is effective on the development of the flexibility of Doctors in the Medical Science, and showed that the functions of Cybernetics management system: participatory decision making, organizational commitment, proper flow of information, equity in pay, flat structure, develop a sense of ownership and continuing education respectively to cause 0/63, 0/91, 0/92, 0 /92, 0/88, 0/25, 0/83, 0/69 change unit on the flexibility of doctors in the Hospitals of Tabriz University of Medical Science.

Conclusion: this study shows the importance of cybernetic management functions, in explaining the flexibility of doctors. Thus providing training based on the use of cybernetic management functions, in hospital environments, will lead to increase the flexibility, and thus better manage performance will be achieved in doctors
