Futurism in the educational systems with the organizational approach

Introduction.

planning is essential to create long-life and drawing the horizon of organizational programs, activities and resources. Prediction is understanding the future environment and factors affecting it and finding all threats, bounds, positions and opportunities of the organization in that environment. Therefore, being aware of the future opportunities inside and outside the organization is the starting point of educational

planning and lack of attention to it, make the educational program vulnerable. This review article is to describe and expand the role of futurism and explain the tows model in strategic teaching planning.

Education must be noticed to future and look forward perspectives, because if we don't recognize future and couldn't draw or define it, how we can train new organization inputs for the future unknown world? If the products of training programs are to be addapted to new positions, challenges and future prospects of organization should be clear as possible in the educational needs assessment stage.
