Abstract
Introduction: The purpose of this study is to validate the appropriate model for evaluating the quality of e-curriculum in higher education.
Methods: In terms of data collection method, it is a type of mixed (qualitative-quantitative) exploratory research. Using a semi-structured interview, the participants (specialists, professors and experts active in the field of e-learning) selected using purposive sampling method to comment on the appropriate model for evaluating the quality of the curriculum, which was saturated in interview # 20. To analyze the data, thematic analysis was performed using MAXQDA2020 software. To determine accreditation, CVR was a questionnaire designed from the factors obtained by the participants in the study. In the quantitative part, using a descriptive-survey method, 150 samples of professors and experts were randomly selected by cluster sampling method and students were selected by the method of availability and answered regarding the executive requirements of the model. The above was done.
Results: For data analysis, content analysis method was performed using MAXQDA2020 software and 8 main factors of evaluation were obtained: pedagogical, organizational and managerial, individual, technological and electronic, environmental (extra-organizational, political, cultural), learning, and ethics. . To determine the validity, the CVR of the questionnaire designed from the obtained factors was validated by the participants in the research and the one-sample t-test for each of the factors confirmed the necessity of the executive requirements.
Conclusion: Studies have shown that the model obtained from the research has the necessary validity to be implemented in e-learning environments. |
