fa امکان‌سنجی آموزش مهارت‌های بهداشت جنسی در مدارس سلامت Health پژوهشی اصيل Original Research <p dir="RTL" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-indent: 11.15pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong>زمینه و اهداف:</strong> هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی امکان‌سنجی آموزش مهارت‌های جنسی در مقطع دبیرستان شهر تهران بود.</span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-indent: 11.15pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong>روش بررسی:</strong> جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه اساتید دانشگاه فرهنگیان تهران و معلمان بهداشت&nbsp; و مدیران مدارس دبیرستان‌های شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی 1394-1393 بود که با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای 537 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند . ابزار پژوهش یک پرسش‌نامه محقق ساخته بود که با 28 گویه در قالب 7 مؤلفه آمادگی دانشی، فرهنگی، نگرشی، محتوایی، مالی، منابع انسانی و مهارتی،&nbsp; امکان‌سنجی آموزش جنسی را می‌سنجد. روایی آن توسط صاحب‌نظران مورد تأیید قرار گرفت و ضریب الفای کرونباخ 86% محاسبه گردید.</span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-indent: 11.15pt; text-align: justify;"></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong>یافته‌ها: </strong>نتایج نشان می‌دهد که وضعیت آمادگی دانشی و آمادگی محتوایی در سطح بالاتر از میانگین می‌باشد و در وضعیت مطلوبی قرار دارند و امکان آموزش بهداشت جنسی در این مقوله‌ها در وضعیت مساعدی می‌باشند. با بررسی میانگین این متغیرها و مراجعه به آماره‌های توصیفی مشخص می‌شود که آمادگی مالی و فرهنگی در وضعیت مطلوب و مساعدی نیستند و در سطح پایین‌تری از میانگین جامعه آماری قرار دارند. همچنین نتایج نشان می‌دهد آمادگی منابع انسانی، آمادگی نگرشی و آمادگی مهارتی در سطح &nbsp;</span></span><span style="font-size: 12px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;">اطمینان&nbsp;</span></span><span style="font-family: tahoma; font-size: 12px;">95 /0 معنی‌دار نمی‌باشند. یعنی آمادگی منابع انسانی، نگرشی&nbsp; و مهارتی به میانگین جامعه آماری نزدیک است و این آمادگی‌ها در حد متوسط قرار دارند.&nbsp;</span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify;"></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-indent: 11.15pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong>: مبحث آموزش سلامت جنسی برای همه اقشار جامعه: شامل معلمان، دانش آموزان، والدین، پژوهشگران، مشاوران، برنامه ریزان آموزشی و درسی، سیاست‌گذاران، پزشکان و اساتید دانشگاه یک فرآیند طولانی و مادام‌العمرمی باشد که همیشه باید موردتوجه قرار گیرد.</span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background and Aims: </strong>The aim of this study is to examine the feasibility of sexual training in high schools of Tehran.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Methods: </strong>Statistical Society included all professors of Tehran farhangian university, health educators and school administrators in Tehran high schools in the academic year 2014-2015, 537 samples were selected by using cluster sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire with 28 items in the form of the 7 components of fitness knowledge, culture, attitude, content, financial, human resources and skills, which measures feasibility of sexual training. Its validity was confirmed by experts and Cronbach&#39;s alpha coefficient was calculated as 0/86.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Results</strong>: The results show that the state of preparedness and readiness of content knowledge is higher than average and in a good condition and the possibility of sexual health education in this category is in a favorable situation. By examining the average of these variables, and refer to descriptive statistics, it is defined that the financial and cultural preparation are not in conducive condition and stayed on lower level than the average population. The results also show that human resources preparation, attitude preparation and skills preparation are not significant at a confidence level of 95/0.
