fa اثربخشی آزمون مشاهده مستقیم مهارت‌های بالینی (SDOP) بر یادگیری مهارت‌های عملی دانشجویان پرستاری در بخش مراقبت‌های ویژهICU روش­‌های نوین تدریس در علوم پزشکی New Methods of Teaching in Medical Sciences پژوهشی اصيل Original Research <p dir="RTL" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-indent: 11.15pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">زمینه و اهداف:</span></strong> ارزشیابی بالینی دانشجویان به شکل مشاهده مستقیم در موقعیت‌های عملی و واقعی، باعث اطمینان از توانمندی آنان در رویارویی و پیش‌بینی اتفاقات بالینی در شرایط خاص بیمار خواهد شد. این پژوهش&nbsp; باهدف تعیین و مقایسه اثربخشی آزمون داپس با روش‌های سنتی بر میزان یادگیری مهارت‌های بالینی دانشجویان در بخش مراقبت‌های ویژه انجام شد.</span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-indent: 11.15pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">روش بررسی:</span></strong> این کار آزمایی بالینی تصادفی شده در سال 1395 در بخش مراقبت‌های ویژه یکی از بیمارستان‌های آموزشی تهران بر روی 51 دانشجوی پرستاری که واحد کارآموزی ویژه داشتند، انجام شد. دانشجویان به‌طور تصادفی به دو گروه آزمون (26نفر) و شاهد (25نفر) تقسیم شدند. ارزشیابی در گروه شاهد با روش سنتی و گروه&nbsp; مداخله به روش <span dir="LTR">DOPS</span> و با استفاده از چک‌لیست پژوهشگر ساخته که روایی و پایایی آن تأییدشده بود، صورت گرفت.&nbsp; داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزار<span dir="LTR">16</span> Spss و آمار توصیفی و آزمون‌های کولموگراف اسمیرنوف ،کای اسکوئر و تی مستقل با توجه به نوع متغیر تجزیه و تحلیل شدند</span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-indent: 11.15pt; text-align: justify;"></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته‌ها: </span></strong>اختلاف معنی‌داری بین نمرات نهایی بین دو گروه در زمینه مهارت‌های مورد بررسی به دست آمد ( <span dir="LTR">(<em>P</em>=./001, <em>P</em>=./004</span> نتایج مطالعه نمرات نهایی با توجه به وضعیت تأهل و جنس نشان‌دهنده اختلاف معنی‌داری نبود. اما ضریب همبستگی پیرسون رابطه مثبت و معنی‌داری <span dir="LTR"><em>p</em><0.017, <em>r</em>=./32) </span>&nbsp;<span dir="LTR">(</span> بین نمرات نهایی حاصل از ارزشیابی مربوط به مهارت‌ها&nbsp; با نمرات معدل ترم قبل دانشجویان&nbsp; نشان داد.</span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-indent: 21.2pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری</span></strong>: ازآنجایی‌که استفاده از روش <span dir="LTR">DOPS</span> باعث ارتقای یادگیری دانشجویان می‌شود، پیشنهاد می‌شود این روش جایگزین روش‌های سنتی ارزشیابی شود یا حداقل به‌عنوان یک روش مکمل در ارزیابی دانشجویان استفاده گردد<span dir="LTR">.</span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background and Aims: </strong>Clinical evaluation of students by the direct observation of procedural skills (DOPS) in the practical and real situations ensures their capabilities in facing and predicting the clinical situations in case of particular patient&rsquo;s conditions. The present research is conducted to determine and compare the efficacy of DOPS with traditional methods in clinical skill learning of students working in intensive care unit (ICU).</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Methods: </strong>This trial work was performed in 2016 in ICU of one training hospitals of Tehran on 15 nursing students who were in the middle of their internship course. The students were randomly divided into two control (25 members) and test (26 members) groups. The evaluation in the control group was conducted based on the traditional approach and for the test group (intervention group) was implemented with DOPS method, based on a reliability and validity confirmed checklist prepared by the author. The obtained data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, cosmograph-Smirnov, chi-square (&chi;²), and independent t statistics in SPSS16 software.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Results</strong>: A significant difference was obtained between the final score of these test and control groups in terms of the studied parameters (Arterial Blood Gas, <em>p</em>=0.001, and central venous pressure, <em>p</em> = 0.004). The final scores were not statistically significant in terms of marital status and gender of the participants.
