fa رابطه انگیزه پیشرفت با پیشرفت تحصیلی در دانشجویان سلامت Health پژوهشی اصيل Original Research <p>   <strong> </strong> <strong> اهداف: </strong>شناخت عواملی که منجر به پیشرفت تحصیلی و مانع از افت تحصیلی می ­ شود، از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار است. پاره­ای از مطالعات بیانگر ارتباط مستقیم بین انگیزه پیشرفت با پیشرفت تحصیلی هستند، ولی بعضی صاحب‌نظران رابطه مستقیم آنها را مورد تردید قرار داده­اند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه انگیزه پیشرفت با پیشرفت تحصیلی انجام شد. </p><p> <strong> روش­ها: </strong>این مطالعه توصیفی- همبستگی روی 304 دانشجوی دانشگاه کاشان که از سال 1386 تا 1387 در مقطع کارشناسی مشغول به تحصیل بودند و به‌روش تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند، انجام شد. برای جمع­آوری اطلاعات از پرسش­نامه انگیزه پیشرفت <i>هرمنس</i> استفاده شد. از معدل دانشجویان به‌عنوان شاخص پیشرفت تحصیلی استفاده شد. برای تحلیل داده­ها از شاخص­های آمار توصیفی، آزمون T مستقل و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و نرم‌افزار SPSS 15 استفاده شد. </p><p> <strong> یافته­ها: </strong>بین انگیزش و پیشرفت تحصیلی، رابطه معنی‌داری وجود داشت (001/0=p ). میانگین نمرات انگیزش پیشرفت در دانشجویان دختر و پسر با هم تفاوت آماری معنی­دار داشت، به این صورت که انگیزش پیشرفت دختران بیشتر از پسران بود. رابطه بین انگیزش پیشرفت با سن نیز از نظر آماری معنی­دار بود.</p><p> (05/0=p ). </p><p>  <strong>نتیجه­ </strong><strong>گیری: </strong>بین <a name="OLE_LINK20"></a><a name="OLE_LINK19">انگیزه پیشرفت با پیشرفت تحصیلی، </a>رابطه وجود دارد. همچنین تفاوت بین دانشجویان دختر و پسر از نظر انگیزش و پیشرفت تحصیلی معنی­دار است و انگیزه پیشرفت و پیشرفت تحصیلی دختران بیشتر از پسران است. سن نیز با انگیزه پیشرفت رابطه دارد. </p> <p> <strong> </strong> <strong> Aims: </strong>Identifying factors that lead to academic achievement and impede academic failure is of special importance. Some studies suggest that there is a direct relationship between achievement motivation and academic achievement however, some experts doubt their direct relationship. The objective of the present study was to investigate the relationship between achievement motivation and academic achievement. </p><p> <strong> Methods: </strong>This descriptive correlation study was performed on 304 students of Kashan University who were selected by simple random sampling during 2007-2008. Data was collected using the <i>Herman’s</i> questionnaire of achievement motivation. The mean scores of students were used as an index for academic achievement. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent t-test and Pearson correlation coefficient using SPSS 15 software. </p><p> <strong> Results: </strong>There was significant relationship between achievement motivation and academic achievement (p=0.001). The mean scores of achievement motivation showed a significant difference between male and female students in a way that the achievement motivation of female students was found to be higher than male students. There was a significant correlation between achievement motivation and age (p=0.05). </p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>There is a significant relationship between achievement motivation and academic achievement. In addition, the difference between male and female students is significant regarding their motivation and academic achievement and the achievement motivation and academic achievement of females is higher in female students.
