fa مقایسه نظرات اعضای هیات علمی و دانشجویان درباره فرم‌های ارزشیابی اساتید دروس عملی و کارورزی آموزش مجازی علوم پزشکی Virtual Medical Education توصيفی و نظرسنجی Descriptive & Survey <p dir="RTL"><strong>زمینه و اهداف:</strong> : در این مطالعه به مقایسه نظرات اساتید و دانشجویان در مورد فرم‌های ارزشیابی دروس عملی و کارورزی پرداخته ‌شد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>روش بررسی: </strong>طی یک پیمایش مقطعی، به بررسی 91 نفر از اعضای هیئت‌علمی دانشگاه و 95 نفر از دانشجویان پسر رشته پزشکی ترم سوم و بالاتر به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس پرداخته‌‌شد. اطلاعات توسط پرسشنامه<span dir="LTR">‌</span> محقق ساخته گردآوری شد. روایی محتوی با نظرخواهی از اساتید، و پایایی با روش آلفای کرانباخ 86/. بدست آمد. داده‌ها بوسیله <span dir="LTR">SPSS Ver. 19</span> و با استفاده از شاخص‌های میانگین، انحراف معیار و آزمون <span dir="LTR">t</span> مستقل آنالیز گردید.</p> <p dir="RTL"></p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته‌ها: </strong>(49/5%)45 نفر از اساتید علوم پایه و (50/5%)46 نفر بالینی بودند. (13/2%)12 مربی، (54/8%)50 استادیار، (22%)20 دانشیار و (9/9%)9 استاد بودند. اساتید سهم شاخص در نمره ارزشیابی برای هریک از سؤالات را نمره بالاتری 8/2&plusmn;68/3 اظهار کرده‌اند، درحالی‌که دانشجویان سهم شاخص در نمره ارزشیابی برای هریک از سؤالات را نمره کمتری 25/5&plusmn;66/5&nbsp; اظهار کرده‌اند، ولی این اختلاف معنی‌دار نبود.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong>: می‌توان نتیجه گرفت، که اعضای هیئت‌علمی و دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بقیه‌ا...^(عج) با فرم‌های جاری دروس عملی و کارورزی ارزشیابی اساتید موافق هستند و این فرم‌ها می‌تواند در ارزیابی مورداستفاده قرار گیرد. همچنین مقایسه میانگین و انحراف معیار نمره لیکرت اساتید و دانشجویان درباره&nbsp; فرم سؤالات ارزشیابی دروس عملی و کارورزی اختلاف معنی‌دار نداشت.</p> <p><strong>Background and Aims:</strong> In this study we compare the views of students and professors about Practical Lessons and Internship.</p> <p><strong>Methods: </strong>This is a cross sectional survey in which we have investigated 91 of academic staffs and 95 of term three and higher medical male students by accessible and simple sampling methods. The data were collected by the investigator&rsquo;s questionnaire. Content reliability by collecting the views of professors, and validity by <a href="https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=15&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0ahUKEwjVxPnlxbPSAhXF1hQKHfV3AUsQFghnMA4&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ijme.net%2Farchive%2F2%2Fcronbachs-alpha.pdf&usg=AFQjCNG5aGWnO6rvYgf_J2P0DqXkMS0iOA&sig2=um-B_jTBDLjceXHF_vYGwg&bvm=bv.148073327,d.d24">Cronbach&#39;s alpha</a> 0.86 were obtained. Data were analyzed by mean and standard deviation and independent T test.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Results: </strong>Professors consist of 45(49.5%) basic science and 46(50.5%) clinical science. Constrictor, assistant professor, associate professor and professor were 12(13.2%), 50(54.8%), 20(22%) and 9(9.9%) respectively. The professors have expressed higher score 68.3&plusmn;8.2 at the index in evaluation score for each question while the student&rsquo;s score is lower 66.5&plusmn;25.5, but this difference is not significant.</p> <p><strong>Conclusions: </strong>We found that the students and professors in Baqietallah University of Medical Science agree with the current practical lessons and Internship forms so these forms can be used for evaluation.
