fa شاخصه های معنوی اساتید در آموزش الگو محور طراحی برنامه درسی در علوم پزشکی Curriculum Design in Medical Science پژوهشی کيفی Qualitative Research <p style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: normal; text-align: justify;"><span style="display: none;">&nbsp;</span><span dir="RTL"><strong>اهداف:</strong> از اهداف مهم تعلیم و تربیت، کمک به ارتقای سلامت معنوی، پرورش استعدادهای فطری دانشجویان و تربیت معنوی ایشان، جهت کمال انسانی است. این تحقیق&nbsp; باهدف معرفی شاخصه‌های معنوی اساتید در آموزش الگو محوری &nbsp;از منظر اسلام انجام شد.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: normal; text-align: justify;"></p> <p style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: normal; text-align: justify;"><span dir="RTL"><font face="tahoma"><strong>روش ها:</strong> در پژوهش کیفی، با مرور نظام &shy;مند متمرکز بر سوال &quot;چیستی شاخصه های معنوی انسان کامل&quot; سقالات منتشر شده در</font></span><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><span dir="RTL">&nbsp;سال های 1990 تا 2016 میلادی با کلیدواژه‌های انسان کامل، نیازهای معنوی، سلامت معنوی، در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی علمی و دینی، بررسی و تفاسیر شیعی، روایات معتبر مرتبط با ویژگی‌های صاحبان قلب سلیم، با روش تحلیل محتوای واکر اوانت، تحلیل گشت. شاخصه‌های معنوی اساتید الگو تبیین شد </span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: normal; text-align: justify;"></p> <p style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: normal; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong><span dir="RTL">یافته‌ها</span>: </strong><span dir="RTL">اساتید الگو (</span><span dir="RTL">صاحبان قلب سلیم) که برخوردار از سلامت معنوی هستند، با تهذیب نفس و سیر در مراتب ایمان ، طی خود مراقبتی روزانه ، ضمن تبعیت از سبک زندگی معنوی پیامبران به‌عنوان انسان‌های کامل،&nbsp; و با تفقه در دین موفق به&nbsp; پرورش استعدادهای فطری خود شده و به فضائل اخلاقی (حکمت و خردورزی، آزرم&nbsp; و حیا، شجاعت، عدالت ورزی، سخاوت و مهرورزی و بالاخره کرامت نفس و مقام محمود) دست می یابند. ایشان به‌عنوان جزئی مهم برنامه درسی پنهان در آموزش خود مراقبتی معنوی ایفای نقش می کنند . </span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: normal; text-align: justify;"></p> <p style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: normal; text-align: justify;"><strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:2 mitra;">نتیجه گیری:</span></span></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"> تمام اساتید باید به‌عنوان الگوهای رفتاری (منتور و مرشد) با توجه به معنا خواهی و نیازهای معنوی دانشجویان، بتوانند با آموزش الگو محوری و مبتنی بر یادگیری اجتماعی، دانشجویان خود را برای رسیدن به شکوفایی استعدادهای فطری یاری کنند.</span></span><span style="display: none;">&nbsp;</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span dir="LTR"><strong>Aims:</strong> The most important goal of education, is helping students promote spiritual health, and bring up innate talents and spiritual training for their human perfection. This study aimed to introduce, professors^, spiritual characteristics for role- modeling education from the perspective of Islam.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span dir="LTR"><strong>Methods:</strong> In the qualitative study, a systematic review, focused on the question &quot;What is spiritual indicators of perfect human&rdquo; articles published in the years 1990 to 2016 with the keyword: human, spiritual needs, spiritual health, in databases: PubMed, science direct, google scholar, SID, Cochrane were investigated. Commentaries of Shiite, reliable hadiths related to the characteristics of the owners of sound heart, were analyzed by Walker Avant content analysis method.
