fa سنجش میزان اثربخشی کارگاه های آموزشی نیاز محور در ارتقاء دانش و مهارت تدریس اساتید دروس معارف اسلامی (دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی شهر تهران) روش­‌های نوین تدریس در علوم پزشکی New Methods of Teaching in Medical Sciences توصيفی و نظرسنجی Descriptive & Survey صاحب نظران برنامه درسی به نقش اساتید و مربیان بعنوان راهنما،تسهیل کننده و تضمین کننده یادگیری تاکید دارند.توانمندی اساتید در تدریس با روشهای یاد دهی و یادگیری فعال و بهره گیری از روشهای تدریس دانشجو محور یک ضرورت است.این مطالعه با هدف تعیین اثر بخشی کارگاههای آموزشی نیاز محور بر ارتقاء دانش و مهارت اساتید دروس دینی در دانشگاههای علوم پزشکی تهران انجام گرفت.<br> <strong>روش‌ها</strong>: تحقیق حاضر ازنظر هدف، یک تحقیق کاربردی و از نظر روش یک مداخله ای است. جامعه آماری این مطالعه اساتید دروس دینی دانشگاههای علوم پزشکی شهر تهران و با نمونه گیری به روش تصادفی به تعداد 139 نفر بود.در این مطالعه در قالب طرح تحقیق مداخله ای و اجرای کارگاه آموزشی اساتید با پیش آزمون و پس آزمون انجام شد. اطلاعات مربوط به دانش&nbsp; و مهارت اساتید با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته جمع آوری گردید.<br> &nbsp;<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong><br> نتایج حاکی از آن است که دوره آموزش کارگاهی برنامه&shy;ریزی درسی نیاز محور ازنظر افزایش دانش و آگاهی اساتید اثربخش بوده و تفاوت معنی&shy;داری بین میانگین پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون نمونه&shy;ها در سطح اعتماد 95 درصد وجود دارد.<br> &nbsp;<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong>: برخورداری از دانش و مهارتهای تدریس در کنار هنر معلمی از الزامات کار معلمان بخصوص برای معلمان تازه کار و اساتید دروس دینی می باشد. برگزاری کارگاههای توانمند سازی اولیه و تداوم آن و همچنین ارزشیابی دوره ای آن پیشنهاد می گردد.<br> &nbsp; <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background and Aims:</strong>Curriculum experts emphasize on the role of professors and trainers as guide, facilitator and learning assurance. The ability of professors to teach by using active teaching and learning methods and the use of student-centered teaching methods is a necessity. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of need-centered workshops on improving the knowledge and skills of religious professors in Tehran University of Medical Sciences.<br> <strong>Methods: </strong>The present study is applied in terms of purpose and intervention in terms of method. The statistical population of this study were religious professors of medical universities of Tehran and a number of 139 students were selected randomly. This study was carried out in the form of an interventional research design and the implementation of a workshop of faculty members with pre-test and post-test. Information about the knowledge and skills of faculty members were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire.<br> <strong>Results</strong><strong>:</strong>The results show that the training course for the needs-based curriculum was effective in increasing the knowledge of faculty members. There is a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test average of the samples at 95% confidence level.<br> <strong>&nbsp;Conclusion</strong><strong>:</strong> Having the knowledge and teaching skills along with learning method is one of the requirements for teachers, especially for novice teachers and professors of religious lessons.
