fa بررسی عوامل موثربر سرمایه اجتماعی دانشجویان: گامی به سوی توسعه اجتماعی سلامت Health پژوهشی اصيل Original Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مقدمه:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> امروزه سرمایه اجتماعی، نقش بسیار مهمتر از سرمایه فیزیکی و انسانی در سازمانها و جوامع ایفا می‌نماید. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی سرمایه اجتماعی دانشجویان جهت فراهم آوردن زمینه مناسب برای توسعه اجتماعی، انجام شد</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">.</span></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">روش‌کار:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> پژوهش حاضر توصیفی-پیمایشی بوده، جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم و فنون مازندران درنیمسال دوم 1396-1395، روش نمونه گیری، تصادفی ساده، ابزار جمع آوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه سرمایه اجتماعی بولن بوده، روایی پرسشنامه توسط صاحب نظران مورد تأیید قرار گرفت و پایایی آن با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 95% به دست آمد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با نرم افزار</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">SPSS.18</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> انجام گرفت</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">.</span></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> میانگین سرمایه اجتماعی دانشجویان درکل در حد متوسط قرار دارد. کمترین میانگین، مربوط به مشارکت در اجتماعات محلی و بیشترین مربوط به حیطه ارتباط با دوستان و خانواده بوده، متغیرهای محل سکونت، تأهل، بومی یا غیر بومی بودن، جنسیت، ترم‌های حضور در دانشگاه، مقطع، معدل، سن، وضعیت اشتغال بطور مستقیم یا غیر مستقیم تأثیر معناداری بر سرمایه اجتماعی داشته‌اند</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">.</span></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتیجه گیری:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> کمتر بودن سرمایه اجتماعی شرکت کنندگان در حیطه مشارکت در اجتماعات و تأثیر معنادار متغیرهای مورد بررسی بر سرمایه اجتماعی دانشجویان، توجه ویژه و اهتمام مسئولان دانشگاهی به فراهم نمودن زیر ساختهای مناسب مرتبط، به خصوص ایجاد زمینه‌های مشارکت دانشجویان در امور فوق برنامه، خدمات مشاوره‌ای و ایجاد فرصت برای تعامل اجتماعی اعم از تعاملات فردی و گروهی را می‌طلبد</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Introduction:</strong> Nowadays, social capital plays much more important role than physical and human capital in organizations. This study has been conducted aiming to investigate the social capital of students in order to provide a suitable context for social development.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> This study was a descriptive survey; the statistical population included of all students of Mazandaran University of Science and Technology in the second semester of academic year 1396-1395; sampling method was simple random sampling and data collection tool was Bullen social capital questionnaire; validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by the experts and its reliability was obtained with Cronbach&#39;s alpha coefficient in the 95% level. Data analysis was performed using SPSS.18 software.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The average social capital of students in general is moderate.
