fa تبیین و اعتبار سنجی مؤلفه‌ها و شاخص‌های بین المللی سازی دانشکده‌های مجازی نظریه­‌های یادگیری و آموزش در علوم پزشکی Theories of Learning and Teaching in Medical Sciences پژوهشی اصيل Original Research <p dir="RTL" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt; line-height: normal; unicode-bidi: embed; direction: rtl; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:iransans;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="color:#000000;"><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> پژوهش حاضر با هدف تبیین و اعتبار سنجی مؤلفه‌ها و شاخص‌های بین المللی سازی دانشکده‌های مجازی انجام شده است.<br> <strong>روش بررسی</strong><strong>:</strong> این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش توصیفی- تحلیلی است. در مرحله اول با رویکرد اکتشافی ـ تطبیقی و مطالعه ادبیات، مراحل فرایند بین المللی سازی آموزش شناسایی و مؤلفه‌های تأثیرگذار بر آن احصاء گردیده‌اند، سپس مؤلفه‌ها با آزمون تی مستقل اعتبارسنجی شده‌اند (۱۰۰ نفر نمونه)، در مرحله بعد با استفاده از روش دلفی شاخص‌هایی برای این ابعاد معرفی شده (۲۰ نفر نمونه) و در انتها با اجرای مدلهای ساختاری (۲۵۰ نفر نمونه) به اکتشاف و تأیید آنها پرداخته شده است.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> نتایج حاصل از اعتبار سنجی مؤلفه‌ها نشان می‌دهد با توجه به اینکه پی مقدار سطح کفایت مطلوب در تمامی مؤلفه‌ها بیشتر از ۰.۰۵ است فرض صفر که کفایت مطلوب شاخصهای بین المللی سازی آموزش است مورد تأیید قرار گرفته است، بنابراین ۱۳ مؤلفه به عنوان ابعاد مؤثر &laquo;بین المللی سازی آموزش&raquo; معرفی شده‌اند. سپس با استفاده از تکنیک دلفی ۴۱ شاخص به عنوان شاخص‌های مؤثر؛ معرفی و با استفاده از معادلات ساختاری مورد تأئید قرار گرفته‌اند.<span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span><br> <strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> شاخص‌ها و مؤلفه‌های مطلوب بین المللی سازی آموزش مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار گرفته‌اند و سعی شده است زمینه‌ای فراهم شود تا با تدوین این شاخص‌های غالب، طراحی دانشکده‌های بین المللی مجازی و اقدامی در جهت تحقق این امر مهم فراهم آید.<span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span></span></span></span><br> <b><b><font color="#000000"><span style=&quot;font-family:;&quot; new=&quot;&quot; roman&quot;;&quot;=&quot;&quot; &quot;times=&quot;&quot; roman&quot;;=&quot;&quot; ۱۰.۰pt;=&quot;&quot; ۱۲pt;=&quot;&quot; nazanin&quot;;=&quot;&quot; b=&quot;&quot; lang=&quot;AR-SA&quot;></font></b></b></p> <p style="margin: 0in 0in 8pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="color:#000000;"><strong>Aims:</strong> The purpose of this study is to explain and validate the components and indicators of internationalization of virtual colleges.<span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>Methods: </strong>This is an applied research in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical study in terms of method. In the first stage, with the comparative- exploratory approach and the study of literature, the stages of the internationalization process of education and its components have been identified. Then, the components were validated by independent t-test (100 samples), In the next step, by using the Delphi method, indicators for these dimensions introduced (20 samples) and Finally, they have been explored and verified by doing of structural models (250 samples)<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The results of the validation of the components show that the level of optimal adequacy in all components is more than 0.05, the zero assumption is appropriated therefore, 13 components have been introduced as effective dimensions of internationalization of education.
