fa تدوین مدل صلاحیت حرفه‌ای معلمان متوسطه سلامت Health پژوهشی اصيل Original Research <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">هدف پژوهش حاضر، تدوین مدل صلاحیت حرفه‌ای معلمان دوره متوسطه ایران از دیدگاه اساتید دانشگاه فرهنگیان بود. این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و به روش تحلیل مضمون انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل اساتید دانشگاه فرهنگیان در سراسر کشور بود که دارای تخصص در حوزه‌های تعلیم‌وتربیت، برنامه‌ریزی درسی و روان‌شناسی تربیتی بودند. نمونه‌گیری به‌صورت هدفمند انجام شد و با 11 نفر از اساتید مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته صورت گرفت. گردآوری داده‌ها تا دستیابی به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. داده‌ها با استفاده از کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی تحلیل شدند و برای افزایش اعتبار یافته‌ها از راهبردهای اعتمادپذیری شامل باورپذیری، انتقال‌پذیری، اتکاپذیری و تأییدپذیری بهره گرفته شد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که صلاحیت حرفه‌ای معلمان دوره متوسطه سازه‌ای چندبعدی و پویا است که در قالب هفت بعد اصلی شامل ویژگی‌های شخصی، مهارت، دانش، آموزش، توانایی، ارزیابی و نگرش سازمان‌دهی می‌شود. در مجموع، نتایج نشان داد که توسعه صلاحیت حرفه‌ای معلمان مستلزم رویکردی جامع، مبتنی بر عمل، بومی و مستمر است. مدل ارائه‌شده می‌تواند مبنایی علمی برای برنامه‌ریزی درسی دانشگاه فرهنگیان، طراحی دوره‌های توانمندسازی و ارتقای کیفیت آموزش در مدارس متوسطه ایران فراهم آورد</span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%">.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span> <span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The purpose of the present study was to develop a professional competency model for secondary school teachers in Iran from the perspective of Farhangian University faculty members. This research employed a qualitative approach using thematic analysis. The statistical population included Farhangian University faculty members nationwide with expertise in education, curriculum planning, and educational psychology. Purposeful sampling was conducted, and semi-structured interviews were held with 11 faculty members. Data collection continued until theoretical saturation was achieved. The data were analyzed using open, axial, and selective coding, and strategies to ensure trustworthiness&mdash;including credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability&mdash;were employed to enhance the validity of the findings. The results indicated that professional competency of secondary school teachers is a multidimensional and dynamic construct, organized into seven main dimensions: personal characteristics, skills, knowledge, instruction, ability, evaluation, and attitude. Overall, the findings suggested that the development of teachers&rsquo; professional competency requires a comprehensive, practice-based, contextually grounded, and continuous approach.
