fa ارزیابی کیفیت آموزش درمانگاهی در یک بیمارستان آموزشی پ‍ژوهش در آموزش علوم پزشکی Research in Medical Science Education توصيفی و نظرسنجی Descriptive & Survey <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong><span style="letter-spacing:.2pt;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">مقدمه:</span></span></strong><span style="letter-spacing:.2pt;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"> آموزش بالینی مهمترین دوره جهت تربیت پزشکان با صلاحیت است. آموزش بالینی، به ویژه آموزش درمانگاهی با چالشهای متعددی همراه است. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین کیفیت آموزش درمانگاهی بیمارستان بقیه ا.. در سال تحصیلی 96-1395، انجام شد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="letter-spacing:.2pt;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">روش کار:</span></span></strong><span style="letter-spacing:.2pt;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"> این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی- مقطعی است. نمونه گیری به روش سرشماری در دانشجویان پزشکی به تعداد 100 نفر انجام گرفت. در این مطالعه برای گرد آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه (</span></span><span dir="LTR" style="letter-spacing:.2pt;"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">ACLEEM: Ambulatory Care Learning Education Environment Measure</span></span><span style="letter-spacing:.2pt;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">) و برای آنالیز داده‌ها از نرم افزار </span></span><span dir="LTR" style="letter-spacing:.2pt;"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">SPSS</span></span><span style="letter-spacing:.2pt;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"> نسخه 21 استفاده شد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="letter-spacing:.2pt;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></strong><span style="letter-spacing:.2pt;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"> در این پژوهش یکصد نفر شرکت کننده در زمان مطالعه بودند که، تعداد 34 نفر استاد،25 نفر رزیدنت و 41 نفر دانشجوی پزشکی عمومی بود. کیفیت آموزش درمانگاهی از دیدگاه اساتید، با نمره 84/3 </span></span><span style="letter-spacing:.2pt;"><span style="font-family:cambria,serif;">&plusmn;</span></span><span style="letter-spacing:.2pt;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"> 21 و با کیفیت متوسط بدست آمد. کیفیت آموزش از نظر رزیدنتها، با نمره 52/24 </span></span><span style="letter-spacing:.2pt;"><span style="font-family:cambria,serif;">&plusmn;</span></span><span style="letter-spacing:.2pt;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"> 48/112 و با کیفیت خوب بدست آمد. کیفیت آموزش از نظر دانشجویان پزشکی عمومی، با نمره 06/23 </span></span><span style="letter-spacing:.2pt;"><span style="font-family:cambria,serif;">&plusmn;</span></span><span style="letter-spacing:.2pt;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"> 85/111 و با کیفیت متوسط ارزیابی شد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="letter-spacing:.2pt;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></strong><span style="letter-spacing:.2pt;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"> برای کیفیت بخشی بیشتر به آموزش درمانگاهی فراهم کردن شرایط کامل از جمله مدیریت تعداد بیماران، دسترسی آسان به منابع علمی و سوابق پزشکی بیماران مورد تاکید است.</span></span><span dir="LTR" style="letter-spacing:.2pt;"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;"></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Introduction:</strong> Clinical education is the most important training course for qualified physician training. Clinical education, especially ambulatory teaching, has many challenges.This study aims to determine the ambulatory teaching quality in Baqiyatallah Hospital.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> This is a cross-sectional study. Sampling was done by census method in medical students, medical assistants and professors that during the course of clinical education, there were 100 people at the Baqiyatallah Hospital in the year 2016. This study used the ACLEEM (Ambulatory Care Learning Education Environment Measure) questionnaire for data gathering. Data was analyzed using SPSS version 21 software.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> In this study, 34 professors, 25 residents and 41 general medical students participated. The quality of ambulatory teaching was evaluated from the professors&#39; point of view with mean score and standard deviation 21 &plusmn; 3.84, medium quality was evaluated. Residents evaluated the quality of education with mean score and standard deviation of 112.48 &plusmn; 24.52, good quality was evaluated.
