fa تبیین همبستگی مهارت های فراشناختی با اثربخشی تدریس در میان اعضاء هیأت علمی نظریه­‌های یادگیری و آموزش در علوم پزشکی Theories of Learning and Teaching in Medical Sciences پژوهشی اصيل Original Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family: iransans;"><strong>مقدمه: </strong>هدف پژوهش حاضر تبیین اثربخشی تدریس بر اساس مهارت های فراشناختی در میان اعضاء هیأت علمی دانشکده علوم پزشکی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد تبریز در سال تحصیلی 1396-1395 بوده است.<br> <strong>روش: </strong>روش پژوهش توصیفی-همبستگی و جامعه آماری شامل اعضای هیأت علمی زن و مرد دانشکده علوم پزشکی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد تبریز می باشند که به طور تمام وقت و مدعو به تعداد 150 نفر در این دانشکده مشغول به تدریس بوده اند. حجم نمونه پژوهش 108 نفر بوده که بر اساس جدول مورگان و کرجسی و با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای نسبی، انتخاب شده اند. برای جمع آوری داده ها، از پرسشنامه مهارت های فراشناختی ( <span dir="LTR">MAI</span> ) که بین اعضاء هیأت علمی توزیع شد و پرسشنامه نشانگرهای کیفیت تدریس اثر بخش که به ازای هر هیأت علمی سه نفر از دانشجویان که به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شده بودند به ارزیابی اثربخشی تدریس اساتید خود پرداخته اند، استفاده گردید.<br> <strong>یافته ها:</strong> نتایج استفاده از آزمون آماری همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون نشان داد که اثربخشی تدریس بر اساس مهارت های فراشناختی در میان اعضاء هیأت علمی قابل پیش بینی می باشد.<br> <strong><span dir="RTL">نتیجه گیری: </span></strong><span dir="RTL">ارتقاء مهارت های فراشناختی و آموزش آن به اعضاء هیأت علمی آموزش پزشکی، می تواند به ارتقاء اثربخشی تدریس آنان منجر شود.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family: iransans;"><strong>Introduction</strong><strong>:</strong> The purpose of this study was to explaining the effectiveness of teaching based on metacognitive skills among faculty members of the faculty of medical sciences of Islamic Azad University, Tabriz branch in the academic year 2015-2016.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> The research method was descriptive-correlational and the statistical population included male and female faculty members of the faculty of medical sciences of Islamic Azad University of Tabriz. There were 150 full time and invitees in this faculty. The sample size is 108 people who have been selected based on Morgan and Krejcy tables and by stratified random sampling method.
