fa آموزش بالینی و کاستی های آن از دیدگاه رزیدنت‌های پزشکی( مطالعه موردی مرکز آموزشی درمانی الزهرای اصفهان) نظریه­‌های یادگیری و آموزش در علوم پزشکی Theories of Learning and Teaching in Medical Sciences پژوهشی اصيل Original Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:iransans;"><strong>مقدمه:</strong> پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی مشکلات آموزش بالینی رزیدنت‌های پزشکی درمانگاه مرکز پزشکی الزهرای اصفهان انجام شد.<br> <strong>روش:</strong> در این پژوهش از روش تحقیق توصیفی-پیمایشی استفاده گردید. جامعه‌ی آماری شامل رزیدنت‌های پزشکی بیمارستان الزهرای اصفهان بودند. نمونه‌گیری به روش تصادفی ساده انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، پرسشنامه‌ی محقق ساخته در دو بخش سوالات جمعیت‌شناختی و سوالات مربوط به اهداف پژوهش بود. روایی محتوایی پرسشنامه توسط 5 نفر از متخصصان حوزه های برنامه‌ریزی آموزشی تایید شده و ضریب پایایی آن با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 0/94 به دست آمد.<br> <strong>یافته ها: </strong>یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد میانگین نمرات مربوط به وجود مشکلات مربوط به استاد 2/76 به دست آمد که در مقایسه با میانگین 3 کمتر از متوسط است. میانگین نمرات مربوط به متغیر محیط و امکانات به ترتیب3/23 و 3/63&nbsp; است که در مقایسه با میانگین 3 بیشتر از متوسط می باشد.<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> بنابراین از دیدگاه رزیدنت‌ها مشکلات مربوط به امکانات بیمارستان، بیشتر از مشکلات مربوط به استاد بود و لازم است در این خصوص تدابیر لازم توسط معاونت محترم پشتیبانی و آموزشی مرکز اندیشیده شود.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><strong>Introduction:</strong> The purpose of this study was to identify the problems of clinical education of medical residents of Alzahra medical center in Isfahan.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> In this research, descriptive-survey method was used. The statistical population consisted of medical residents of Isfahan Al-Zahra Hospital. Sampling was done by simple random method. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire in two parts of demographic questions and questions related to the research objectives. Content validity of the questionnaire was verified by 5 experts in the field of educational planning and its reliability coefficient was 0.94 using Cronbach&#39;s alpha coefficient.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> Findings showed that the mean scores related to the problems related to the teacher was 2.76, which is less than average in comparison with the average of 3.
