fa شناسایی عوامل بی انگیزگی تحصیلی دانشجو معلمان دانشگاه فرهنگیان: رویکرد پدیدارشناسی نظریه­‌های یادگیری و آموزش در علوم پزشکی Theories of Learning and Teaching in Medical Sciences پژوهشی کيفی Qualitative Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="letter-spacing:.2pt;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">مقدمه:</span></span></span></strong><span style="letter-spacing:.2pt;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;"> هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی عوامل مؤثر در بی انگیزگی تحصیلی در بین دانشجویان مشغول به تحصیل در دانشگاه فرهنگیان است.</span></span></span><br> <strong><span style="letter-spacing:.2pt;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">روش کار:</span></span></span></strong> <span style="letter-spacing:.2pt;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">جامعه آماری پژوهش، شامل دانشجویان دانشگاه فرهنگیان خرم آباد است که تعداد 15 نفر به عنوان نمونه پژوهش با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و همچنین اشباع نظری انتخاب شد. داده‌های استخراج شده از مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختاریافته با استفاده از روش کد گذاری و استخراج مضمون‌های اصلی و فرعی مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند.</span></span></span><span style="letter-spacing:.2pt;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;"></span></span></span><br> <strong><span style="letter-spacing:.2pt;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></span></strong> <span style="letter-spacing:.2pt;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">یافته‌های حاصل از پژوهش نشان داد که کادر آموزشی شامل: نحوه برخورد کادر آموزشی و جایگاه علمی اساتید، امکانات دانشگاه شامل: تغذیه و امکانات فضایی دانشگاه، محتوی دروس شامل: سنخیت محتوی، کاربرد در آینده و محتوی دروس تخصصی، دوستان و مسائل مربوط به خود دانشجو و همچنین مسائل مربوط به سیاستهای دانشگاه فرهنگیان شامل: سیاست مربوط به شغل و سیاست چگونگی برگزاری کلاس‌ها از جمله عواملی هستند که در بی انگیزگی تحصیلی دانشجویان مشغول به تحصیل نقش دارند.</span></span></span><span style="letter-spacing:.2pt;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;"></span></span></span><br> <span dir="RTL" style="letter-spacing:.2pt;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های حاصل از پژوهش می‌تواند جزء برنامه‌های اصلاحی دانشگاه فرهنگیان جهت رفع بی انگیزگی تحصیلی دانشجویان قرار گیرد.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Introduction:</strong> The purpose of the present study was to identify the effective factors in academic immorality among students studying at Farhangian University.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> The statistical population of the study consisted of students Farhangian University of Khorramabad. 15students were selected as the sample of the study using purposeful sampling and also theoretical saturation.
