fa سنجش بهره‌وری موسسات آموزش عالی با استفاده از تحلیل پوششی داده‌ها سلامت Health پژوهشی اصيل Original Research <p> <strong> اهداف: </strong>از آنجایی که افزایش بهره‌وری در سازمان‌های خدماتی یکی از مشخصه‌های جوامع پیشرفته امروزی است، ارزیابی عملکرد بخش آموزش عالی از اهمیت بسیار بالایی برخوردار است . این مطالعه به منظور اندازه­گیری بهره ­ وری در موسسات آموزش عالی شهرستان سیرجان انجام شد . </p><p> <strong> روش‌ها: </strong>این مطالعه توصیفی گذشته­نگر در سال 1389 در شهر سیرجان انجام شد. <strong></strong>جامعه پژوهش شامل کل 6 موسسه آموزش عالی شهرستان سیرجان بود. اندازه­گیری بهره­وری با استفاده از شاخص بهره­وری عوامل کل مالم­کوئیست و به کمک روش تحلیل فراگیر داده‌ها بود و از متغیرهایی از قبیل تعداد کادر علمی، تعداد فارغ التحصیلان، تعداد دروس ارایه‌شده در بخش آموزش و همچنین تعداد کتب موجود، تعداد آزمایشگاه­ها و کارگاه­های در حال بهره‌برداری، تعداد مقالات و کتب و طرح­های پژوهشی در بخش پژوهش استفاده شد. برای سنجش مقادیر از روش تحلیل فراگیر داده و نرم‌افزار DEAP2 و برای سازماندهی اطلاعات از نرم‌افزار Excel استفاده شد. </p><p> <strong> یافته‌ها: </strong>میانگین بهره­وری کل عوامل در بخش پژوهش 989/0 به‌دست آمد که حکایت از کاهش رشد بهره‌وری به میزان 1/1% در طول دوره داشت. میانگین بهره­وری کل عوامل در بخش آموزش 312/1 به‌دست آمد که حکایت از رشد بهره‌وری به میزان 2/31 % در طول دوره داشت. </p><p> <strong> نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>در مجموع بهره­وری کل عوامل در بخش پژوهش در موسسات آموزش عالی شهر سیرجان کاهش یافته که علت اصلی آن می­تواند تغییرات تکنولوژیکی باشد و بهره­وری کل عوامل در بخش آموزش رشد داشته که از علل عمده آن می­تواند تغییرات کارآیی مدیریتی باشد. </p> <p> <strong> Aims: </strong>Since efficiency improvement in service organizations is one of the features of today’s developed societies, evaluating the function of higher education systems is of great importance. The aim of this study was to measure the efficiency of higher education institutions of Sirjan. <strong></strong></p><p> <strong> Methods: </strong>This descriptive retrograde study was carried out in Sirjan in 2010. The research population was all 6 higher education institutions within the city of Sirjan. The Data Envelopment Analysis technique and the <strong></strong>Malmquist Total Factor Efficiency Index were employed to measure the efficiency and <strong></strong>variables such as the number of academic staff, number of graduates, number of courses offered in the education sector, number of library books, number of workshops and laboratories, number of research plans and books and articles in the research sector were taken into account. The data envelopment analysis and DEAP2 software were used for the measurement of amounts and the Excel software was used for information organizing. </p><p> <strong> Results: </strong>The total factor efficiency mean in <strong></strong>research sector was 0.989 indicating a decrease of 1.1% in efficiency within the studied period.
