fa اثر بهره‌گیری از راهکارهای آموزشی، مدیریتی، اجرایی و انگیزشی، بر کاربرد فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات در حوزه علوم پزشکی سلامت Health پژوهشی اصيل Original Research <p> <strong> ا </strong><strong>هداف: </strong>امروزه فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات به‌عنوان ابزاری قدرتمند در پاسخ به چالش‌های حوزه‌های پزشکی مطرح شده است. هدف اصلی این پژوهش بررسی اثربخشی بهره‌گیری از راهکارهای آموزشی، مدیریتی، اجرایی و انگیزشی برای کاربرد فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات در حوزه‌های پزشکی از دیدگاه دانشجویان دانشکده پزشکی دانشگاه شاهد بود. <strong></strong></p><p> <strong> روش‌ها: </strong>این پژوهش توصیفی و پیمایشی در جامعه آماری دانشجویان پزشکی دانشگاه شاهد در سال تحصیلی 90-1389 (380 نفر) انجام شد. 192 نفر از طریق روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده به‌عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش، پرسش ‌ نامه محقق‌ساخته مبتنی بر طیف 5‌ارزشی لیکرت و شامل 27 گویه در 4 بُعد آموزشی، مدیریتی، اجرایی و انگیزشی بود. <strong></strong>از آزمون‌های T تک‌نمونه‌ای، T مستقل و تحلیل واریانس یک‌راهه برای تجزیه و تحلیل سئوال‌های پژوهش استفاده شد. </p><p> <strong> یافته‌ها </strong><strong>: </strong>"برگزاری دوره‌های آموزشی در زمینه آشنایی با اینترنت، اینترانت و اکسترانت در حوزه پزشکی"، مهم‌ترین گویه در راهکارهای آموزشی، "ارایه مجلات تخصصی کامپیوتر در کتابخانه دانشگاه، خوابگاه و پاویون بیمارستان برای دانشجویان علاقمند"، مهم‌ترین گویه در راهکارهای مدیریتی، "گرایش دانشگاه به بهره‌گیری از فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات در زمینه‌های اداری"، مهم‌ترین گویه در راهکارهای اجرایی و "اعطای تسهیلات مالی جهت خرید کامپیوتر و لپ‌تاپ به دانشجویان پزشکی"، مهم‌ترین گویه در راهکارهای انگیزشی بود. میانگین نمرات مردان 47/0 ± 73/3 و زنان 47/0 ± 78/3 بود (05/0>p ). </p><p> <strong> نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>از دیدگاه دانشجویان دانشکده پزشکی دانشگاه شاهد، بهره‌گیری از راهکارهای آموزشی، مدیریتی، اجرایی و انگیزشی بر کاربرد فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات در حوزه‌های پزشکی موثر است. </p> <p> <strong> Aims: </strong>Nowadays information and communication technology is considered as an influential tool in dealing with the challenges in the medical fields. Therefore, the main purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of using educational, managerial, executive and motivational solutions to apply information and communication technology in medical fields from the viewpoint of Shahed Medical University students . </p><p> <strong> Methods: </strong>This descriptive study was carried out during 2010-11 academic year through survey method on 380 subjects. 192 students were selected by simple random sampling. A researcher-made questionnaire was used as the data collection tool based 5-option Likert scale that in 4 educational, managerial, executive and motivational dimensions. One-Sample T-t est, independent T-test and one-way ANOVA test were used for analyzing the study questions. <strong></strong></p><p> <strong> Results: </strong>“Holding the courses of internet, intranet and extranet in medical fields” was the most important quote in educational solutions “Providing information and communication technology magazines for the university library, dormitory and hospital” was the most important quote in managerial solutions “The tendency of university to apply information and communication technology in administrative fields” was the most important quote in executive solutions and “Providing financial support for the students to buy computers or laptops” was the most important quote in motivational solutions.
