fa بررسی عوامل موثر بر عدم حضور دانشجویان در کلاس‌های نظری از دید دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز در سال 1397 تعامل دانشجویان با آموزش Student Interaction with Education توصيفی و نظرسنجی Descriptive & Survey <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">مقدمه:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">آموزش به عنوان اولین گام در فعالیت‌های بشری محسوب می‌شود. حضور دانشجویان در کلاس های نظری نقش موثری در یادگیری و آینده شغلی آن‌ها دارد. بنابراین، در این مطالعه به بررسی علل عدم حضور دانشجویان در کلاس‌های آموزشی در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز از منظر دانشجویان پرداختیم.</span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">روش</span></span></strong><strong><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">‌</span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">ها:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">این مطالعه توصیفی-مقطعی، در بین 277 دانشجوی مقطع دکتری حرفه‌ای (دندان‌پزشکی، پزشکی، داروسازی) در مقطع علوم پایه&nbsp; در سال 1397 دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه 26 سوالی ( 5 گزینه ای با نمره گذاری از 1 تا5 در چهار حیطه)انجام گرفت. در پایان داده‌ها آنالیز توصیفی شد.</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">یافته‌ها: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">طبق میانگین نمرات حاصل از منظر دانشجویان دندان‌پزشکی، پزشکی، داروسازی، دو حیطه‌ی تاثیر گذار در غیبت توان علمی و روش استاد (0.3</span></span><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">&plusmn;</span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">3.5، 0.66</span></span><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">&plusmn;</span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">2.93، 0.45</span></span><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">&plusmn;</span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">3.17) و شرایط فردی دانشجو برای حضوردر کلاس، از قبیل اشتغال، علاقه به رشته و غیره، (0.47</span></span><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">&plusmn;</span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">3.1، 0.55</span></span><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">&plusmn;</span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">2.83، 0.59</span></span><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">&plusmn;</span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">2.83) بود. مهم‌ترین عامل غیبت دانشجویان از کلاس از حیطه شرایط فردی دانشجو برای حضوردر کلاس، ‌کم‌خوابی شب قبل کلاس (4.14) می باشد وکم اثر‌ترین عامل ازحیطه شرایط زمانی و مکانی برگزاری کلاس، مختلط بودن کلاس(1.50) بود.</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">با توجه به اهمیت علاقه به موضوع کلاس، کیفیت ارائه درس، رابطه موثر استاد و دانشجو بر حضور در کلاس&nbsp; باید در فرآیند جذب اساتید جدید و نیز غربالگری اساتید حاضر راهکارهایی اندیشید. هم‌چنین با توجه به اهمیت برنامه ریزی آموزشی و زمان تشکیل کلاس، برنامه آموزشی روزانه&nbsp; نیز مورد بازبینی قرار گیرد.</span></span> <pre> <span style="font-family:Arial;"><strong>Introduction:</strong> Education is considered as the first step in human activities. Students&rsquo; attendance in theoretical classes has a great impact on their acquisition of knowledge and future career. Therefore, this study surveyed the causes of absenteeism in Tabriz University of Medical Sciences based on students&rsquo; viewpoints.</span></pre> <span style="font-family:Arial;"><strong>Methods: </strong>This descriptive cross-sectional study evaluated 277 dental, medical and pharmacology students in basic sciences course in Tabriz University of Medical Sciences in 2018. The questionnaire consisted of 26 questions in five-point Likert scale (1 to 5) in 4 categories. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics.<br> <strong>Results</strong>: Considering the average scores of categories, two categories with more significant role in students&rsquo; absenteeism from theoretical classes based on students&rsquo; viewpoints were: instructor&rsquo;s academic ability and teaching method (3.17&plusmn;0.45, 2.93&plusmn;0.66, 3.5&plusmn;0.3), and student&rsquo;s personal conditions, including occupation, interest in the field of study, etc (2.83&plusmn;0.59, 2.83&plusmn;0.55, 3.1&plusmn;0.47). The most and least important factors affecting absenteeism were inadequate sleep at night (4.14) and coeducational classes (1.50).</span> <pre> <span style="font-family:Arial;"><strong>Conclusion: </strong>Given the important role of presentation method, effective relationship between instructors and students and interest in class subject in students&rsquo; attendance, emphasis should be placed on employing skillful instructors and screening the old ones in order to reduce the rate of absenteeism.
