fa بررسی اثربخشی طراحی مسیرشغلی بر رشد مسیر شغلی و اشتیاق تحصیلی دانشجویان رویکردهای جدید در طراحی برنامه درسی New Approaches to Curriculum Design پژوهشی اصيل Original Research <strong>مقدمه:</strong> از جمله رسالت&shy;های خطیر آموزش عالی، مسولیتی اجتماعی برای ارتقای شناخت در جامعه است، که شامل ابعاد اجتماعی، اقتصادی و فرهنگی می&shy;باشد. آموزش عالی می&shy;بایست با تربیت نیروی متخصص و آماده&shy;سازی آنان برای ورود به دنیای کار، به ارتقای کیفیت نیروی انسانی بپردازد. هدف اصلی در این پژوهش بررسی اثربخشی طراحی مسیرشغلی بر رشد مسیرشغلی و اشتیاق تحصیلی دانشجویان بود.<br> <strong>روش&shy;کار:</strong> این پژوهش نیمه&shy;تجربی با طرح پیش&rlm;آزمون و پس&rlm;آزمون با گروه گواه &nbsp;بر روی یک نمونه 30 نفری از دانشجویان دانشگاه اصفهان طراحی و اجرا گردید. شرکت کنندگان در گروه آزمایش طی شش جلسه به صورت گروهی تحت آموزش&rlm; طراحی مسیرشغلی قرار گرفتند. برای جمع&rlm;آوری داده&rlm;ها از پرسشنامه رشد مسیرشغلی(<span dir="LTR">CDI-A-SF</span>) و اشتیاق&rlm;تحصیلی استفاده شد، داده ها به روش تحلیل کواریانس تحلیل شد.<br> <strong>یافته&shy; ها:</strong> نتایج نشان داد، آموزش برنامه طراحی مسیرشغلی در افزایش میزان رشد مسیرشغلی و اشتیاق&rlm;تحصیلی دانشجویان موثر است.<br> <strong><span dir="RTL">نتیجه&shy; گیری:</span></strong><span dir="RTL"> با آموزش برنامه طرح&shy;ریزی مسیرشغلی می&rlm;توان امیدوار بود که دانشجویان با اشتیاق بیشتری دوران تحصیل را پشت سربگذارند، در عین حال فرایند مسیرشغلی خود را به صورت مطلوبی طی کرده و در این مسیر با آگاهی از ارزش&rlm;ها، علایق و توانمندی&rlm;های خویش با جرات و شهامت بیشتری اقدام به تصمیم&rlm;گیری&rlm;های شغلی &rlm;نمایند</span> <strong>Introduction: </strong>Among the major missions of higher education, social responsibility is to promote cognition in society, which includes social, economic and cultural dimensions. Higher education should be provided by specialist training and preparing them to enter the world of work to improve the quality of manpower. The present study was designed to investigate the effect of training career design on career development and students&#39; educational engagement students of Isfahan University<span dir="RTL">.</span><br> <strong>Methods:</strong> This study is a semi-experimental study with designing pre-test and post-test with control group. The study population including students of Isfahan University. Initially the students were invited to participate in the training program with voluntary sampling and then of the volunteers, 30 people were randomly selected and placed in two groups. Participants in the experimental group were trained in a group with training program career design and the control group received no intervention. To collect data career development inventory Australia short form (CDI-A-SF) and educational engagement and being questionnaire were used.
