fa آینده نگری در نظام های آموزشی با رویکرد سازمانی سلامت Health پژوهشی کيفی Qualitative Research <p> <strong> مقدمه. </strong>آموزش باید متوجه آینده باشد و به چشم­اندازهای آینده بنگرد، زیرا اگر آینده را نشناسیم و نتوانیم آن را تعریف یا ترسیم نماییم، چگونه می‏توانیم ورودی‏های جدید سازمان را برای دنیای ناشناخته فردا تربیت کرده و آماده سازیم؟ از این­رو، از با اهمیت‏ترین مبانی‏ برنامه‏ریزی آموزشی، پیش‏بینی و آینده­نگری وقایع و فعالیت سازمان­ها است. پیش­بینی در چارچوب برنامه‏ریزی آموزشی و استراتژیک به­منظور ایجاد حیات درازمدت و ترسیم افق برنامه‏ها، فعالیت‏ها و منابع در هر سازمان لازم و ضروری است. پیش‏بینی، شناخت محیط آتی و عوامل موثر بر آن و یافتن تهدیدها، تنگناها، موقعیت‏ها و فرصت­های سازمان در آن محیط است. از این‏رو، آگاه بودن نسبت به فرصت‏های‏ آتی داخل و خارج از سازمان، نقطه آغاز برنامه‏ریزی آموزشی است و عدم توجه به آن، محصول برنامه‏ریزی آموزشی را با آسیب­پذیری روبه­رو می‏سازد. این مقاله مروری به تشریح ‏و بسط نقش پیش­بینی و آینده‏نگری و تبیین مدل tows در برنامه‏ریزی استراتژیک آموزشی پرداخته است. </p><p> <strong> نتیجه­گیری. </strong>اگر قرار باشد که محصول برنامه‏های آموزشی، بر موقعیت‏های جدید منطبق یا مسلط شوند، چالش‏ها و چشم­انداز آینده سازمان باید در مرحله نیازسنجی آموزشی تا حد امکان روشن و تبیین گردند. </p> <b><font size="2" face="Times-Bold"><font size="2" face="Times-Bold"><p align="left">Introduction. </p><p align="left">planning is essential to create long-life and drawing the horizon of organizational programs, activities and resources. Prediction is understanding the future environment and factors affecting it and finding all threats, bounds, positions and opportunities of the organization in that environment.
