fa بررسی صلاحیت آموزشی اعضای هیئت علمی از دیدگاه اساتید و دانشجویان روش­‌های ارزشیابی در علوم پزشکی Evaluation Methods in Medical Sciences پژوهشی اصيل Original Research <strong>مقدمه:</strong> شناسایی نقاط قوت و ضعف صلاحیت‌های اساتید خصوصاً در شاخه‌های پزشکی گامی مهم در زمینه‌ی ارتقای آموزش و بدنبال آن سلامت جامعه محسوب می‌شود، مطالعه‌ی حاضر با هدف تعیین صلاحیت آموزشی اعضای هیئت علمی از دیدگاه اساتید و دانشجویان انجام شد.<br> <strong>روش کار:</strong> مطالعه مقطعی حاضر بر روی اعضای هیئت علمی رشته پرستاری و دانشجویان پرستاری دانشکده‌ی پرستاری و مامائی زاهدان در سال 1395 انجام شد. 40 استاد به روش سرشماری وارد مطالعه شدند. و به ازای هر استاد به تصادف سه دانشجو انتخاب شد. صلاحیت آموزشی اساتید با استفاده از پرسشنامه‌ی خودارزیابی صلاحیت آموزشی اساتید و پرسشنامه‌ی صلاحیت آموزشی اساتید از منظر دانشجویان مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. اطلاعات حاصل، با استفاده از آزمون‌های تی‌مستقل، آنالیز واریانس یک طرفه، همبستگی پیرسون و تی‌زوج تحت نرم افزار <span dir="LTR">SPSS</span> مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.<br> <strong>نتایج: </strong>میانگین نمره‌ی صلاحیت آموزشی اعضای هیئت علمی به روش خودگزارشی&nbsp; 2/6&plusmn;47/82&nbsp; و میانگین این نمره، از دید دانشجویان 08/11&plusmn;40/65 گزارش شد. این تفاوت از نظر آماری معنی‌دار بود (001/0> <span dir="LTR">P</span>). اما میان نمره‌ی صلاحیت آموزشی اساتید، با ویژگی‌های فردی اساتید و دانشجویان اختلاف آماری معنی‌داری وجود نداشت (05/0< <span dir="LTR">P</span>)<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> توانمندی آموزشی اعضای هیئت علمی از دیدگاه اساتید در سطح عالی و از دیدگاه دانشجویان در سطح&nbsp; خوب ارزیابی شد. این اختلاف، برنامه‌ریزی مناسب جهت ارتقاء توانمندی آموزشی اساتید را می‌طلبد و مطالعات بیشتر برای کشف عوامل مؤثر بر توانمندی آموزشی توصیه می شود. <strong>Introduction:</strong> The identification of the strengths and weaknesses of competencies, especially in the medical branches, is an important step in promoting education and the health of the community, this study aims to determine the teaching competencies of faculty from the viewpoints of faculty members and students<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> This study was a cross sectional study that its statistical population consisted of faculty members and students of the Nursing and Midwifery school of Zahedan in 2015. 40 faculty members entered the study by census e method. And for each faculty member, three students were selected randomly. The faculty members&#39; teaching competency was assessed by self-report and students&#39; opinion polls. The obtained data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation and Paired t test in SPSS.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The results of the study showed that the average score of faculty members&#39; teaching competency form faculty members&#39; point of view was 82.47 &plusmn; 6.2 and from students view was 65.40 &plusmn; 11.08, respectively (P <0.001).
