fa اثر بخشی کارگاه آموزشی مبتنی بر رویکرد بین حرفه ای بر تغییر نگرش دانشجویان علوم سلامت به همکاری و یادگیری بین حرفه ای روش­‌های نوین تدریس در علوم پزشکی New Methods of Teaching in Medical Sciences پژوهشی اصيل Original Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:iransans;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>مقدمه</strong>: با توجه به تحولات هزاره‌ی سوم در حوزه سلامت، ایجاد توانمندی همکاری بین حرفه ای و عملکرد تیمی در دانشجویان، از مهمترین وظایف سازمان های آموزشی است. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی اثر بخشی کارگاه آموزشی مبتنی بر رویکرد بین حرفه ای بر تغییر نگرش دانشجویان علوم سلامت به یادگیری وهمکاری بین حرفه ای انجام شده است.<br> <strong>روش</strong>: مطالعه ی نیمه تجربی در سال 1397 در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بقیه الله (عج) انجام شد. 56 نفراز دانشجویان پزشکی و پرستاری در مطالعه شرکت داشتند، نمونه گیری ابتدایی به روش در دسترس بوده، سپس نمونه ها به روش تخصیص تصادفی ساده به دو گروه آزمون و کنترل تقسیم شدند. مداخله به شکل کارگاه تعاملی مبتنی بر رویکرد بین حرفه ای با محتوای آموزشی ارتباطات و همکار ی بین حرفه ای انجام شد. اطلاعات با ابزار امادگی و نگرش به یادگیری بین حرفه ای <span dir="LTR">(RIPLS)</span> و پایایی 0/8 گردآوری و با نرم افزار 22 <span dir="LTR">spss</span>&nbsp; تحلیل شدند.<br> <strong>یافته ها:</strong> هر دو گروه از نظر نگرش به همکاری و یادگیری بین‌ حرفه‌ای قبل از مداخله تفاوت معنادار آماری نداشتند(0/05<span dir="LTR">p></span>)،&nbsp; پس از مداخله نگرش به همکاری و یادگیری بین حرفه ای در گروه آزمون با میانگین 80/80 و انحراف معیار 8/59 و گروه شاهد با میانگین 59/72 و انحراف معیار 8/29 تفاوت معنادار آماری مشاهده شد(0/001<span dir="LTR">P<</span>).<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> یافته ها، بیانگر فراهم بودن بستر انگیزشی و نگرشی مناسب برای تلفیق آموزش بین حرفه ای در علوم سلامت است. سازمان های آموزشی جهت تربیت نیروهای پاسخگو به نیاز سلامت نسل کنونی و آینده، از اکنون بایستی به فکر طراحی و اجرای آموزش بین حرفه ای در حوزه سلامت باشند.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><strong>Introduction</strong>: Considering the developments of the third millennium in the field of health, creating the ability of inter-professional collaboration and teamwork among students is one of the most important tasks of educational organizations. The aim of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of the educational workshop based on inter-professional approach to changing the attitudes of health science students toward inter-professional learning and collaboration.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> Quesi-experimental study was done in 2018 at Baqiyatallah University of Medical Sciences. Sixty-five students from medical and nursing participated in this study. Primary sampling was done by available method, then the samples were randomly assigned to two groups of control and experimental. The intervention was developed as an interactive workshop based on interprofessional approach with educational content of communication and inter-professional collaboration. Data were gathered using readiness and attitude to inter-professional learning scale (RIPLS) with Reliability 0.8 , and was analyzed with SPSS 22 software.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> There was no significant difference between the two groups regarding the attitude toward inter-professional learning and collaboration before intervention (p> 0.05); after intervention, the Students&rsquo; attitude was in the experimental group with a mean of 80.8 and standard deviation 8.59 and control group with a mean of 59.72 and standard deviation 8.29, so significant difference was observed between the two groups (P < 0.001).<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> results indicate the availability of an appropriate motivation and perspective for integrating inter-professional education in health sciences in the health science.
