fa تبیین و شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر کیفیت آموزش نظری رشته اتاق عمل از منظر دانشجویان و اعضای هیئت‌علمی دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی شهر تهران پ‍ژوهش در آموزش علوم پزشکی Research in Medical Science Education پژوهشی اصيل Original Research <strong>مقدمه:</strong> ارتقاء سطح کیفیت آموزش درگرو شناخت عوامل مؤثر بر آن بوده که لازمه آن بررسی نظرات دست‌اندرکاران آموزش (اساتید و دانشجویان) می‌باشد. لذا مطالعه حاضر باهدف تبیین و شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر کیفیت آموزش نظری رشته اتاق عمل از منظر دانشجویان و اعضای هیئت‌علمی دانشگاه&shy;های علوم پزشکی شهر تهران انجام‌گرفته است.<br> <strong>روش ها:</strong> پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه مقطعی (توصیفی&ndash; تحلیلی) است. جامعه آماری آن شامل دانشجویان و اعضای هیئت‌علمی رشته اتاق&shy;عمل دانشگاه&shy;های علوم پزشکی شهر تهران می‌باشد که 342 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری سرشماری و طبقه‌ای تصادفی جهت مطالعه انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از یک پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌های فریدمن، آزمون <span dir="LTR">T</span> مستقل و آزمون من ویتنی در نرم‌افزار آماری <span dir="LTR">spss21</span> مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفتند.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> در رتبه‌بندی بین عوامل مؤثر بر کیفیت آموزش نظری از دیدگاه دانشجویان و اعضای هیئت‌علمی، بالاترین میانگین رتبه‌ها مربوط به حیطه عوامل مرتبط با مدرس و کمترین میانگین مربوط به حیطه اخلاق و رفتار حرفه‌ای بود. در بین مؤلفه‌های هرحیطه از منظر دانشجویان مهم‌ترین عامل مؤثر بر کیفیت آموزش، ارزشیابی به‌موقع فعالیت آموزشی و پژوهشی اساتید و ارائه بازخورد مناسب به آنان و از نظر اعضای هیئت‌علمی میزان علاقه و رغبت به رشته تحصیلی و رعایت اصول اخلاقی از طرف اساتید و دانشجویان بود که میانگین نمرات این مؤلفه‌ها در بین اساتید و دانشجویان اختلاف معنی‌دار داشت (0/001><span dir="LTR">p</span>).<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> نتایج نشان می&shy;دهد که از منظر دانشجویان و اعضای هیئت‌علمی رشته اتاق&shy;عمل، با نسبت بسیار زیاد نقش مدرس مهم‌ترین اثر را بر کیفیت آموزش نظری دارد و به&shy;نظرمی&shy;رسد برای افزایش کیفیت آموزش در رشته اتاق&shy;عمل لاجرم باید مواردی را که منجر به بالا رفتن کیفیت نقش استاد می‌شود مدنظر قرار داده و همچنین در راستای ارتقاء سطح کیفیت طبق شش حیطه&shy;های موردبحث این مطالعه اقدام نمود. <strong>Introduction:</strong>Improving the quality of education is based on recognizing the effective factors that require consideration of the views of the education authorities (professors and students).The purpose of this study was to explain and identify effective factors the quality of theoretical education of the Operating room from students and teachers viewpoints in Medical Sciences Universities of Tehran city<span dir="RTL">.</span><br> <strong>Methods:</strong>The present study is a cross-sectional (descriptive-analytical) study. The statistical population includes students and faculty members of the operating room in Medical Sciences Universities of Tehran city.<span dir="RTL">342</span> people were selected by census and stratified random sampling. A researcher-made questionnaire was used for data collection. Data were analyzed using Friedman tests,T-test and Mann-Whitney test in SPSS software.<br> <strong>Results:</strong>In the ranking of the factors affecting the quality of theoretical education from the perspective of students and teachers, the highest average was related to the domain of teacher-related factors and the lowest to the domain of professional ethics and behavior. Among the components of each domain from the students&#39; point of view, the most important factor, properly evaluating the teaching and research activities of teachers and providing them with appropriate feedback And to Them, and from the Teachers&#39; perspectives, interest and tendency toward field of study and ethics on the part of teachers and students. The mean scores of these components were significantly different between teachers and students (P<0.001).<br> <strong>Conclusions:</strong>The results show that from the perspective of students and teachers of the operating room, the role of teachers has a very significant effect on the quality of theoretical education.And It seems that to increase the quality of teaching in the operating room, it is necessary to consider the factors that lead to the improvement of the quality of the role of teachers.
