fa بالندگی اعضای هیئت علمی در بُعد آموزش: یک مرور نظام‌مند روش­‌های نوین تدریس در علوم پزشکی New Methods of Teaching in Medical Sciences مروری سيستماتيک Systematic Review <strong>مقدمه:</strong> دانشگاه به عنوان یک ایده و یک نهاد در جهان، به عنوان نوک پیکان توسعۀ فرهنگی، اقتصادی، سیاسی و اجتماعی در نظر گرفته می‌شود. یکی از مسائل مهم دربارۀ دانشگاه‌ها، ارتقاء کیفیت و تضمین کیفیت مستمر با توجه به تغییرات و تحولات در عرصه‌های مختلف است. یکی از برنامه‌هایی که در سطح دنیا در ارتباط با ارتقاء کیفیت در آموزش عالی صورت می‌گیرد، برنامه‌های بالندگی اعضای هیئت علمی است. یکی از ابعاد مهم در برنامه‌های بالندگی اعضای هیئت علمی در کنار بُعد پژوهش و خدمات اجتماعی، بُعد آموزش است.<br> <strong>روش‌کار:</strong> این تحقیق با استفاده از مرور نظام‌مند پژوهش‌های انجام یافته با پروتکل اجرایی شفاف و واضح انجام یافته است. در این تحقیق از دیاگرام جریان جستجوی پریزما (<span dir="LTR">PRISMA</span>) و همچنین آیتم های فهرست وارسی پریزما با اندک تغییراتی استفاده شده است و مبنای عمل در این تحقیق در بخش مرور نظام‌مند قرار گرفته است.&nbsp;<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> در بخش یافته‌های این تحقیق&nbsp; 31 عنصر مهم و کلیدی در ارتباط با بالندگی آموزشی اعضای هیئت علمی در بُعد آموزش استخراج شد و در ذیل دو طبقۀ کلی و اصلی یعنی ساختار و عمل تحلیل و ترکیب شد.<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> بالندگی اعضای هیئت علمی در بُعد آموزش، موضوعی چندوجهی است که برای نمونه، شامل ساختارسازی همچون ایجاد مرکز توسعۀ آموزش و همچنین اعمالی همچون ایجاد اجتماع عملی و یادگیری و منتورینگ است و دست-اندر-کاران آموزش عالی بایستی به این عناصر توجه کنند. عناصر و دلالت‌های دیگر در مقاله بحث شده است.&nbsp; <strong>Introduction:</strong> The university, as an idea and an institution in the world, is considered the pinnacle of cultural, economic, political and social development. One of the most important issues related to universities is quality promotion and continuous quality assurance with regard to changes in different fields. One of the world-wide programs related to quality promotion of universities and higher education is faculty development programs. One of the most important aspects of faculty development programs alongside research and social services is instruction and teaching.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> This research has been carried out using a systematic review of external researches as well as the analysis of various models with a clear and transparent implementation protocol. In this research, the PRISMA search flow diagram as well as the items of the PRISMA checklist with a few modifications have been used and were used as the basis of action in this research is in the systematic review section.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> In the findings section of this study, 31 important and key elements related to the faculty instructional development were extracted, analyzed, and combined under two general and main categories, namely structure and practice.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Faculty instructional development is a multifaceted issue that, for example, includes structuring such as creating an instructional development center as well as practices such as creating a community of practice and learning and mentoring, and higher education practitioners should pay attention to these elements.
