fa طراحی الگوی توسعه منابع انسانی برای دانشجویان با تمرکز کارآفرینی پ‍ژوهش در آموزش علوم پزشکی Research in Medical Science Education پژوهشی کيفی Qualitative Research <strong>مقدمه:</strong> ضرورت کارآفرینی در دانشگاه‌ها و مشارکت آن در توسعه اقتصادی جوامع، مقوله‌ای است که دانشگاه‌ها و پژوهشگران زیادی را به خود مشغول کرده است. لذا هدف پژوهش حاضر، طراحی الگوی توسعه منابع انسانی دانشجویان با محوریت کارآفرینی بود.<br> <strong>روش ها:</strong> تحقیق حاضر از نوع تحقیقات کیفی و کاربردی می‌باشد و جامعه آماری را خبرگان و فعالان بخش کارآفرینی و سیاست گذران حوزه منابع انسانی دانشگاه فرهنگیان در سطح کشور تشکیل می‌دادند که از کل جامعه 19 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند با استفاده از مصاحبه عمیق نیمه ساختاریافته انتخاب شدند. تحلیل داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه و با استفاده از سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی با نرم‌افزار <span dir="LTR">MAXQDA</span> نسخه 12 انجام شد.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> یافته&shy;های تحقیق پس از پیوند بین مقوله&shy;ها و مقوله محوری درنهایت به ترسیم مدل نظری انجامید. پنج مضمون اصلی و چهارده مقولی فرعی عوامل اجتماعی فرهنگی، عوامل اقتصادی، عوامل نهادی، راهبردها، مدیریت، منابع مادی و غیرمادی، تأمین توسعه، انگیزش، جامعه دانشگاهی توسعه اجتماعی اکوسیستم کارآفرینی مطلوب، سطح دانشگاه و نظام تعلیم و تربیت و 476 کد مفهوم پس از پالایش کدهای مفهومی استخراج گردید.<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> بر اساس یافته&shy;های پژوهش توسعه منابع انسانی کارآفرین محور در دانشگاه فرهنگیان با رشد تفکر کارآفرینانه در نظام تعلیم و تربیت پیامدهایی معطوف به بالندگی آموزشی، روان‌شناختی و رشد اقتصادی دارد که توجه مدیران و دست‌اندرکاران تعلیم و تربیت را می‌طلبد. <strong>Introduction:</strong> The necessity of entrepreneurship in universities and its participation in the economic development of societies is a topic that has attracted many universities and researchers. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to designing a Human Resource Development Model for Students with Entrepreneurship Focus<strong><span dir="RTL">.</span></strong><br> <strong>Methods:</strong> The present study is a qualitative and applied research. The statistical population was comprised of experts and human resources policy makers and policy makers in Farhangian University. 19 people were selected through purposeful sampling through in-depth interviews. Semi-structured were selected. Data were analyzed through three stages of open, axial and selective coding using MAXQDA version 12 software.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> Findings of the research after linking between categories and axial category finally led to drawing theoretical model. The five main themes and fourteen sub-themes of socio-cultural factors, economic factors, institutional factors, strategies, management, material and non-material resources, development, motivation, academic development, social entrepreneurship ecosystem, university level and education system, and 476 concept codes.
