fa بررسی تطبیقی برنامه درسی دوره دکتری پرستاری ایران و دانشگاه پنسیلوانیای آمریکا طراحی برنامه درسی در علوم پزشکی Curriculum Design in Medical Science توصيفی و نظرسنجی Descriptive & Survey <a name="_Hlk30071814"><strong>مقدمه: </strong></a>آموزش و تربیت دانشجویان دکترای پرستاری از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است. زیرا از آنها انتظار می‌رود به عنوان عاملی جهت پیشرفت علم پرستاری، مشاوران حرفه‌ای و محققان آینده پرستاری عمل نمایند<span dir="LTR">.</span> برای موفقیت هر چه بیشتر دوره دکتری پرستاری در ایران و شناسایی نقاط قوت و ضعف آن، پرداختن به مطالعات تطبیقی و بهره‌برداری از تجارب دانشگاههای موفق، امری ضروری است. در این پژوهش مقایسه تطبیقی برنامه آموزشی دوره دکتری پرستاری دانشگاه پنسیلوانیا و ایران انجام شد<span dir="LTR">.</span><br> <strong>روش کار</strong>: مطالعه توصیفی- تطبیقی حاضر در سال 1398 انجام شد. در این مطالعه تطبیق نظام آموزش پرستاری ایران در مقطع دکتری با دانشگاه پنسیلوانیای آمریکا با استفاده از الگوی بردی در چهار مرحله توصیف، تفسیر، هم‌جواری و مقایسه، صورت گرفت<span dir="LTR">.</span><br> <strong>یافته‌ها: </strong>برنامه هر دو دانشگاه بر‌اساس اصول برنامه‌ریزی استراتژیک دارای ارزش‌ها، رسالت و چشم انداز است. فلسفه دانشکده پرستاری پنسیلوانیا تفاوت‌های فرهنگی و قومیتی را لحاظ کرده‌است درحالی که در ایران به ارائه مراقبت‌های پرستاری با توجه به فرهنگ و قومیت‌های مختلف توجه نشده‌است. ارائه دروس در دانشگاه پنسیلوانیا به صورت حضوری و مجازی است. برنامه‌های آموزشی متنوع‌تر و تعدادی از واحدها اختیاری بوده و به تناسب نیاز دانشجو و عنوان رساله و توصیه استاد راهنما انتخاب می‌شود.<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری: </strong>با توجه به نتایج مطالعه حاضر، پیشنهاد می‌‌گردد با در نظر گرفتن نقش و وظایف فارغ‌التحصیلان دوره دکترای پرستاری و نیازهای پیچیده و در حال تغییر جامعه، در محتوا، شیوه ارائه و ارزشیابی برنامه درسی این دوره، بازنگری‌ صورت گیرد<span dir="LTR">.</span>&nbsp;<div style="text-align: left;"></div><br> <div></div> <br> <strong>Introduction</strong>: The education and training of nursing PhD students is of great importance because they are expected to act as factors for the advancement of nursing science, professional counselors and future nursing researchers. In order to achieve more success in PhD course Nursing in Iran and identify its weaknesses and strengths, comparative studies and utilization of successful universities&rsquo; strategies and experiences are necessary. This study aimed to compare the curricula of nursing PhD programs in Pennsylvania University and Iran.<br> <strong>Methods: </strong>The present descriptive-comparative study was performed in 2019. This study compared the Iranian Nursing Education PhD system with the American University of Pennsylvania using the Brady Model in four stages of description, interpretation, matching, and comparison.<span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>Results: </strong>The program of both universities is based on the principles of strategic planning with values and mission, vision. The philosophy of the Pennsylvania School of Nursing has included cultural and ethnic differences, while nursing care in Iran has not been given due attention to different cultures and ethnicities. Courses are presented in both in-person and virtual classes in Pennsylvania University.
