fa محتوای کتب درسی آموزش عالی از نظر میزان آموزش بهداشت جنسی سلامت Health پژوهشی اصيل Original Research <p> <strong> چکیده </strong></p><p> <strong> اهداف: </strong>بررسی آموزش بهداشت جنسی در محتوای کتب درسی آموزش عالی، می‌تواند زمینه‌ساز گسترش بسترهای آن در دیگر حوزه‌های آموزش جنسی باشد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی محتوای کتب درسی آموزش عالی از لحاظ میزان پرداختن به هر یک از ابعاد آموزش بهداشت جنسی بود. </p><p> <strong> روش‌ها: </strong>کتاب­های "دانش خانواده" و "آیین زندگی" در دوره کارشناسی با روش تحلیل محتوا بررسی شد. بررسی با استفاده از چک‌لیست تحلیل محتوا که دارای چهار مولفه اصلی زیستی- روان‌شناختی، دینی- اخلاقی، تربیتی- فرهنگی و اجتماعی- حقوقی و 39 مولفه فرعی انجام شد. روایی و پایایی ابزار پژوهش با استفاده از نظرات صاحب‌نظران تایید شد. از آزمون مجذور کای به‌منظور بررسی تفاوت میان مقادیر مشاهده‌شده و مورد انتظار استفاده شد. </p><p> <strong> یافته‌ها: </strong>در کتاب "دانش خانواده"، مولفه­های آگاهی در مورد شیوه­ها و وسایل پیشگیری از بارداری، همسرگزینی، ازدواج و معیارهای آن، شیوه تثبیت و استحکام مودت در خانواده، کنترل جمعیت و نظام خانواده، همچنین در کتاب "آیین زندگی"، غریزه و میل جنسی، شیوه­های تثبیت و استحکام مودت در خانواده، برقراری روابط سالم با دیگران دارای بیشترین فراوانی بودند. در هر دو کتاب محتوای تربیتی- فرهنگی کمتر از مقدار مورد انتظار و محتوای اجتماعی- حقوقی بیشتر از مقدار مورد انتظار بود. </p><strong>نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>بیشترین تاکید کتاب "دانش خانواده" بر بُعد اجتماعی- حقوقی و در کتاب "آیین زندگی" بر بُعد دینی- اخلاقی آموزش بهداشت جنسی است. به‌طور کلی، در این دو کتاب، بُعد تربیتی- فرهنگی کمتر از مقدار مورد انتظار و بُعد اجتماعی- حقوقی بیشتر از مقدار مورد انتظار است. <p> <strong> Abstract </strong></p><p> <strong> Aims: </strong>The analysis of sexual health education in higher education textbooks can pave the way for its development in other fields. This study was carried out with the aim of investigating the content of higher education textbooks in terms of addressing the dimensions of sexual health. </p><p> <strong> Methods: </strong>The two textbooks of undergraduate course entitled “Family planning” and “Life customs” were studied through content analysis method. Investigation was done through a content analysis checklist containing four main bio-psychological, religious-moral, educational-cultural and social-legal components and 39 subcomponents, which its reliability and validity was approved by experts. Chi-square test was applied for investigating the difference between the expected and observed figures. </p><p> <strong> Results: </strong>The components of knowledge about contraceptive methods, choosing partner , marriage and its criteria , the methods of stabilization and supporting the relationship in family, population control had the highest frequency in the book “Family planning” and sexual instincts, the methods of stabilization and supporting the relationship in family and healthy interpersonal relationship were more frequent in the book of “Life customs”. The educational-cultural content was discussed less than the expected level and the social-legal content was discussed more than the expected level in both of the studied books. </p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>The most emphasis is on social-legal aspect of sexual health education in the “Family planning” book and the most emphasis is on religious-moral aspect in the book of “Life customs”.
