fa نقش هوش فرهنگی در خودکارآمدی کارآفرینانه دانشجویان با میانجی‌گری تفکر راهبردی رویکردهای جدید در طراحی برنامه درسی New Approaches to Curriculum Design پژوهشی اصيل Original Research <strong>مقدمه: </strong>خودکارآمدی کارآفرینانه نقش مهمی در پرورش نسل کارآفرین و توسعه اقتصادی- فرهنگی یک کشور دارد. ازاین‌رو مطالعه حاضر باهدف نقش هوش فرهنگی در خودکارآمدی کارآفرینانه با میانجی‌گری تفکر راهبردی انجام شد.<br> <strong>روش‌کار:</strong> پژوهش حاضر توصیفی- همبستگی از نوع معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل تمامی کارآفرینان مشغول به فعالیت در واحد فناور پارک علم وفناوری خراسان جنوبی در بازه زمانی اردیبهشت تا تیرماه 1398 بودند، که از افراد واجد شرایط 120 نفر دانشجوی کارآفرین به شیوه نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش پرسش‌نامه‌های هوش فرهنگی آنگ و همکاران (2004)، تفکر راهبردی گلدمن (2006) و خودکارآمدی کارآفرینانه دی نابل و همکاران (1999) بودند. برای تحلیل داده&shy;ها از مدل&shy;سازی ساختاری و الگوریتم حداقل مربعات جزئی<span dir="LTR"> (PLS) </span>و نرم&shy;افزار<span dir="LTR"> (SPSS) </span>استفاده شد.<span dir="LTR"></span><br> <strong>یافته‌ها</strong><strong><span dir="LTR">:</span></strong>&nbsp; نتایج نشان داد که رابطه مستقیم و معناداری بین هوش فرهنگی با خودکارآمدی کارآفرینانه و تفکر راهبردی و رابطه مستقیم و معناداری بین تفکر راهبردی با خودکارآمدی کارآفرینانه وجود دارد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که تفکر راهبردی نقش میانجی در رابطه بین هوش فرهنگی با خودکارآمدی کارآفرینانه دانشجویان بازی می‌کند.<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong><strong><span dir="LTR">:</span></strong>&nbsp; با توجه به اثر مستقیم و غیرمستقیم هوش فرهنگی و تفکر راهبردی بر میزان خودکارآمدی کارآفرینانه دانشجویان، به نظر می‌رسد با تقویت هوش فرهنگی و تفکر راهبردی می‌توان خودکارآمدی کارآفرینانه دانشجویان را بهبود بخشید. <strong>Introduction:</strong> Entrepreneurial self-efficacy plays an important role in nurturing entrepreneurial generation and economic-cultural development of a country. Therefore, the present study aimed to investigate the role of cultural intelligence in entrepreneurial self-efficacy through mediating strategic thinking<span dir="RTL">.</span><br> <strong>Methods:</strong> The present study was a descriptive-correlation structural equation study. The statistical population of this study included all entrepreneurs working in the technology unit of South Khorasan Science and Technology Park in the period from May to July 1398, from which 120 eligible entrepreneurial students were selected by targeted sampling method. Research tools were the cultural intelligence questionnaires of Ang et al. (2004), Goldman strategic thinking (2006) and Diabol et al. (1999) entrepreneurial self-efficacy questionnaires. Structural modeling and partial least squares algorithm (PLS) and software (SPSS) were used for data analysis<span dir="RTL">.</span><br> <strong>Results: </strong>The results showed that there is a direct and significant relationship between cultural intelligence with entrepreneurial self-efficacy and strategic thinking as well as a direct and meaningful relationship between strategic thinking with entrepreneurial self-efficacy.
