fa طراحی و اعتباریابی الگوی یادگیری الکترونیکی برای دانش‌آموزان مقطع ابتدایی دارای بیماری‌های مزمن بستری در بیمارستان کارکرد تکنولوژی در آموزش علوم پزشکی The Function of Technology in Medical Education پژوهشی کيفی Qualitative Research <strong>مقدمه</strong><strong>:</strong> هدف پژوهش حاضر، طراحی و اعتباریابی الگوی آموزش الکترونیکی برای دانش‌آموزان&nbsp; مقطع ابتدایی دارای بیماری‌های &nbsp;مزمن نیازمند مراجعه مکرر و بستری در&nbsp; بیمارستان بود<br> <strong>روش بررسی:</strong> در پژوهش حاضر، برای حصول نتایج از روش تحقیق ترکیبی استفاده شد.&nbsp; ابتدا در بخش کیفی پژوهش با بهره‌گیری از روش تحلیل محتوای استقرایی، مولفه‌های &nbsp;الگوی یادگیری الکترونیکی شناسایی و الگو ترسیم شد. جامعه‌ی آماری در این بخش، تمامی‌ مقالات منتشره مرتبط با موضوع در بازه زمانی 2001 تا 2019 مستخرج از پایگاه‌های اطلاعات علمی‌ بود. با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند 49 مقاله استخراج و به لحاظ مضمون تحلیل محتوا شد<br> &nbsp;در بخش کمی ‌با بهره‌گیری از پرسشنامه نظرسنجی، الگوی حاصله اعتباریابی شد.&nbsp; جامعه آماری در این بخش شامل30 نفر از متخصصان در حوزه‌های تکنولوژی آموزشی، آموزش پزشکی و برنامه‌ریزی آموزش الکترونیکی بود.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها: </strong>ابعاد الگوی یادگیری الکترونیکی با درنظرگرفتن 21&nbsp; مرحله سیاست‌گذاری، نیازسنجی، امکان‌سنجی، تعیین اهداف، تحلیل، طراحی، شخصی‌سازی، طراحی رابط کاربر، تعیین محتوی، عوامل آموزشی، داربست‌سازی، تعامل و مشارکت، فناوری، عوامل انگیزشی، عوامل فنی و سازمانی، عوامل حمایتی، بروزرسانی، تولید و اجرا، مدیریت و پشتیبانی، ملاحظات اخلاقی، و ارزشیابی شناسایی شد. &nbsp;&nbsp;نتایج حاصل ازنظرسنجی متخصصان نشان داد که الگوی آموزش الکترونیکی طراحی‌شده، از اعتبار مناسبی برخوردار است و اثربخشی و کارایی لازم را برای آموزش به دانش‌آموزان بستری در بیمارستان دارد. &nbsp;&nbsp;<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>برمبنای نتایج حاصله &nbsp;پیشنهاد می‌شود مسئولان امر از تدابیر و راهکار مناسب یادگیری الکترونیکی &nbsp;&nbsp;برای &nbsp;پیشرفت دروس دانش‌آموزان بستری در بیمارستان استفاده نمایند.<br> &nbsp; <strong>Introduction:</strong>&nbsp;The purpose of this study is to design and validate an e-learning model for elementary school students with the&nbsp;chronic disease needed to frequent hospitalizations<br> <strong>Method:</strong> following a combined research method,&nbsp;inductive content analysis was used to identify Components&nbsp;and drawn of model at first in qualitative&nbsp;section of research.<br> The statistical population in this section was included all published articles related to the subject&nbsp;extracted from the academic Information Databases During the years 2001 to 2019 which Using the purposeful sampling method, 49 articles were selected and&nbsp;analysed.&nbsp;In quantitative section, the resulting model was validated through using&nbsp;survey questionnaire. The statistical population was included 30 specialists in the fields of Educational technology, medical education, and e-learning planning.<br> <strong><span dir="LTR">Results: </span></strong><span dir="LTR">content analysis of selected articles performed by21 Components were identified&nbsp;in e-Learning&nbsp;model which&nbsp;were included:&nbsp; policy, needs assessment, feasibility, Setting goals, analysis, design, personalization‌, user interface design,&nbsp;Content determination, educational factors,&nbsp;Scaffolding, interaction and participation, technology, motiva</span><span dir="LTR">tional </span><span dir="LTR">factors,&nbsp;Technical and organizational factors, supportive factors, updating, production and implementation, management and support, ethical considerations, and evaluation.
