fa ارائه مدل آموزش دندانپزشکی بیمار محور با رویکرد مبتنی بر نظریه داده بنیاد رویکردهای جدید در طراحی برنامه درسی New Approaches to Curriculum Design پژوهشی کيفی Qualitative Research <strong>چکیده </strong><br> <strong>مقدمه:</strong>یکی از اهداف آموزش دندانپزشکی تربیت دندانپزشکانی توانمند است لذا برای ارتقا بهره وری نظام آموزشی به سمت این هدف، تغییرات نظام آموزشی ضروری است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف &nbsp;راحی مدل آموزش دندان پزشکی بیمار محور انجام شده است.<br> <strong>روش کار:</strong> در این مطالعه که به روش کیفی با رویکرد نظریه داده بنیاد انجام شده، مصاحبه های نیمه ساختار یافته&nbsp; با نمونه گیری هدفمند و از نوع گلوله برفی با مشارکت 21 نفر از خبرگان آموزش دندانپزشکی انجام پذیرفت. مراحل کدگذاری به روش تجزیه و تحلیل به روایت اشتراوس و کوربین بوده است. روایی پژوهش مورد اعتبارپذیری، انتقال پذیری و تایید پذیری قرار گرفت.<br> <strong>نتایج:</strong> داده های حاصل از تحلیل مصاحبه ها به صورت کدگذاری به صورت 50 طبقه فرعی، 17طبقه اصلی و8 مقوله به عنوان کد محوری قرار گرفتند. مقوله های استخراج شده تحت عناوین &quot;تحلیل وضعیت موجود&quot;، &quot;کارآمدن نمودن دانشجو&quot; ، &quot;ارزشیابی&quot; ، &quot;راهبردهای آموزشی&quot;، &quot;قدرت مشارکت&quot;، &quot;خدمت گیرنده(بیمار)&quot;، &quot;برنامه ریزی و مدیریت&quot; و &quot;آماده سازی بستر&quot; شکل گرفت.<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> &nbsp;برای تربیت فارغ التحصیلانی توانمند، نیاز است با آماده سازی بستر و برنامه ریزی صحیح و بهره گیری از تجارب صاحب نظران و مشارکت های برون بخشی و درون بخشی، در راهبردهای آموزشی و شیوه های ارزشیابی تغییراتی ایجاد کنیم و نهایتا شیوه ای از آموزش را پیدا سازی کنیم که زمینه های کارآمدی هر چه بیشتر فارغ التحصیل برای ارائه خدمات مناسب به بیمار فراهم گردد.<br> <strong>واژه های کلیدی</strong><strong>:</strong> &nbsp;مدل، آموزش دندانپزشکی، بیمار محور، نظریه داده بنیاد <strong>Introduction:</strong> One of the goals of dental education is to train capable dentists, so to improve the efficiency of the educational system towards this goal, changes in the educational system are necessary. The aim of this study was to design a patient-centered dental education model. <span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>Methods:</strong> In this study, which was performed by qualitative method (Grounded theory approach), semi-structured interviews were conducted with purposeful snowball sampling with the participation of 21 dental education experts. The coding steps were analyzed by Strauss and Corbin. The validity of the research was validated, transferable and verifiable. <span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>Results:</strong> The data obtained from the analysis of the interviews were coded in 66 categories into 50 sub-categories, 17 main categories and 8 categories as the central code. The extracted categories were formed under the headings of &quot;Current Situation Analysis&quot;, &quot;Student Efficiency&quot;, &quot;Evaluation&quot;, &quot;Educational Strategies&quot;, &quot;Participation Power&quot;, &quot;Patient&quot;, &quot;Planning and Management&quot; and &quot; Structure Preparation &quot;. <span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> In order to train capable graduates, we need to make changes in educational strategies and evaluation methods by preparing the ground and proper planning and using the experiences of experts and external and internal partnerships, and finally find a way of education.
