fa مقایسه سطح رضایتمندی دانشجویان پزشکی از بخش های درمانی (ماژور و مینور) با میزان احساس تسلط بر مهارت های بالینی در بخش های اصلی و فرعی در دوره اینترنی پ‍ژوهش در آموزش علوم پزشکی Research in Medical Science Education پژوهشی اصيل Original Research <span dir="RTL">چکیده </span><br> <strong>مقدمه: </strong>رضایتمندی از مهمترین ابعاد تاثیرگذار در آموزش بالینی است. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی سطح رضایتمندی از بخش&shy;های درمانی و احساس تسلط بر مهارت&shy;های بالینی و ارتباط بین سطح رضایتمندی با احساس تسلط طراحی شد.<br> <strong>روش کار:</strong> مطالعه حاضر توصیفی- تحلیلی است. دانشجویان دوره کارورزی رشته پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زاهدان که در پایان دوره اینترنی قرار داشتند، جامعه را تشکیل دادند و&nbsp; با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری در دسترس،&nbsp; 80 دانشجو به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش، پرسشنامه میزان رضایتمندی کارورزان بالینی پزشکی، پرسشنامه تسلط کارورزان رشته پزشکی بر مهارت های بالینی و اطلاعات جمعیت شناختی بود. داده&shy;ها با استفاده از نرم افزار <span dir="LTR">SPSS-22</span> تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.<br> <strong>نتایج</strong>: 24 نفر از آزمودنی&shy;های پژوهش را دانشجویان پسر (30 درصد) و 56 نفر را دانشجویان دختر (70 درصد) تشکیل دادند. 30 % دانشجویان از بخش داخلی رضایت داشتند و 3/41% نیز از بخش جراحی رضایت کمی داشتند. میزان تسلط بر مهارت&shy;های بالینی را در مجموع متوسط گزارش کردند. در مهارت زایمان طبیعی، میزان تسلط پایین بود. بیشترین میزان تسلط مهارت بالینی در مهارت لوله بینی &ndash; معده بود. بین رضایتمندی و احساس تسلط ارتباط معناداری مشاهده نشد (825/<span dir="LTR">P=</span>).<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری: </strong>نتایج بر ضرورت توجه به آموزش دوره کارورزی، کاستی ها، خواسته&shy;های کارورزان و توانمندی آنان تاکید دارد.<br> &nbsp; <strong>Introduction:</strong> Satisfaction is one of the most effective dimensions in clinical education. The aim of this study was to investigate the level of satisfaction with the medical departments and the feeling of mastery over clinical skills and the relationship between the level of satisfaction and the feeling of mastery.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> The present study is descriptive-analytical. The medical internship students of Zahedan University of Medical Sciences, who were at the end of the internship, formed the community and using the available sampling method, 80 students were selected as a sample. The research instruments were the Clinical Medical Interns Satisfaction Questionnaire and the Medical Interns&#39; Mastery Questionnaire on Clinical Skills and Demographic Information. Data were analyzed using SPSS-22 software.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> 24 of the subjects were male students (30%) and 56 were female students (70%). 30% of students were satisfied with the internal medicine department and 41.3% were slightly satisfied with the surgery department. They reported average mastery of clinical skills as average. In the skill of natural childbirth, the mastery rate was low. The highest level of mastery of clinical skills was in nasopharyngeal tube skills.
