fa بررسی ارتباط بین کیفیت خدمات آموزشی با رضایت از تحصیل و پیشرفت تحصیلی از دیدگاه دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بیرجند پ‍ژوهش در آموزش علوم پزشکی Research in Medical Science Education پژوهشی اصيل Original Research <strong>مقدمه</strong>: پیشرفت، توسعه و تأمین منابع انسانی مناسب و کارآمد جامعه، وابسته به نظام آموزشی است.خدمات آموزشی که از طریق دانشگاه‌ها ارائه می‌شود، از مهم‌ترین حوزه‌های خدماتی در هر جامعه‌ محسوب می‌شود. هدف مطالعه حاضر ارتباط بین کیفیت خدمات آموزشی با رضایت از تحصیل و پیشرفت تحصیلی از دیدگاه دانشجویان علوم پزشکی بیرجند بود.<br> <strong>روش کار</strong>: پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی _&ndash;تحلیلی بود. جامعه آماری ،1891 دانشجوی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بیرجند بودند. حجم نمونه با استفاده از جدول کرجسی و مورگان 320 نفر برآورد و به شیوه نمونه‌گیری تصادفی &nbsp;طبقه‌ای (نسبتی) بر اساس تعداد دانشجویان در هر دانشکده انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده ها از پرسش‌نامه 27 سوالی سروکوال ، پرسشنامه استاندارد 14 سوالی رضایت از تحصیل و معدل کل دانشجویان استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها &nbsp;با نرم‌افزار<span dir="LTR">SPSS₁₈</span>،وآزمون های توصیفی و استنباطی در سطح معناداری <span dir="LTR">&alpha;=0.05</span>استفاده شد.<br> <strong>نتایج</strong>: بین میانگین وضعیت موجود با وضعیت مطلوب کیفیت خدمات آموزشی و ابعاد آن از دیدگاه دانشجویان تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود داشت(<span dir="LTR">p<0/05</span>)<span dir="LTR">.</span>همچنین بین وضعیت موجود کیفیت خدمات آموزشی و ابعاد آن با متغیرهای رضایت از تحصیل و پیشرفت تحصیلی دانشجویان ارتباط مثبت وجود داشت (<span dir="LTR">p<0/05</span>).<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong>: با توجه به وجود شکاف منفی در تمامی ابعاد کیفیت خدمات آموزشی پیشنهاد می شود به صورت مداوم از نظرات دانشجویان که در بهبود کیفیت خدمات آموزشی نقش دارند، استفاده شود و برای از بین بردن شکاف بین وضعیت موجود و وضعیت مطلوب متناسب با نظرات دانشجویان برنامه &shy;ریزی جامع انجام شود<span dir="LTR">.</span><br> &nbsp; <strong>Introduction:</strong> The enhancement, development, and provision of appropriate and efficient human resources in society depend on the educational system. Educational services provided through universities are one of the most important service areas in a given society. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between the quality of educational services, satisfaction with education, and academic achievement from the perspective of students at Birjand University of medical sciences.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> The research was a descriptive-analytical study. The statistical population included all 1891 students of Birjand University of Medical Sciences. The sample size was estimated n = 320 using Krejcie and Morgan&rsquo;s table, and the sample was selected via stratified random (relative) sampling method based on the number of students in each faculty. The 27-item SERVQUAL questionnaire, a standard 14-item education satisfaction questionnaire, and the total average of the students were employed for data collection. Data were analyzed in SPSS-18 software using descriptive and inferential tests. The level of significance was set at &alpha; = 0.05.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> There was a significant difference between the average of the current situation and the desired situation of the quality of educational services and its dimensions from the studentschr(&#39;39&#39;) perspective (p <0.05).
