fa رابطه انگیزش پیشرفت تحصیلی با ویژگی های حرفه ای معلمان مدارس هوشمند رویکردهای جدید در طراحی برنامه درسی New Approaches to Curriculum Design پژوهشی اصيل Original Research چکیده<br> <strong>مقدمه:</strong> پژوهش حاضر برای بررسی رابطه انگیزش پیشرفت تحصیلی با ویژگی های حرفه ای معلمان مدارس هوشمند شهرستان بیرجند انجام شد.<br> <strong>روش کار:</strong> <span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">این پژوهش<b> </b>توصیفی به بررسی همبستگی و روابط بین مولفه های متغیر پیش بین (ویژگی</span></span></span> <span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">های حرفه ای معلمان) با متغیر ملاک (انگیزش پیشرفت تحصیلی دانش آموزان) می پردازد<span style="color:red">.</span></span></span></span>روش نمونه گیری چند مرحله ای می باشد و تعداد کل معلمان مدارس انتخابی در هر مدرسه 22 نفر بودند . تعداد کل دانش آموزان نیز300 نفر در دبیرستان دخترانه و تعداد 270 نفر در دبیرستان پسرانه بودند .داده ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه انگیزه تحصیلی لپر و همکاران(2005) وپرسشنامه ویژگی های حرفه ای معلمان دولتی و همکاران(1394) جمع آوری شدند. <span dir="LTR"></span><br> <strong>یافته ها:</strong> ضرایب همبستگی پیرسون نشان داد که بین متغیرهای مهارت معلم در ایجاد محیط یاددهی و یادگیری مبتنی بر فناوری، مهارت معلم در ایجاد ارتباط مبتنی بر فناوری، مهارت معلم در کاربست فاوا با انگیزه پیشرفت دانش آموزان مدارس هوشمند شهرستان بیرجند همبستگی معناداری وجود دارد. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه نیز نشان داد انگیزه پیشرفت دانش آموزان بر اساس ویژگی های حرفه ای معلم قابل پیش بینی است.<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> از مدارس هوشمند انتظار می رود بر عوامل تاثیر گذار بر ویژگی ها و وظایف و توانایی معلم به خصوص در سه حیطه ،مهارت های معلم در ایجاد محیط یاددهی و یادگیری مبتنی برفناوری،مهارت های معلم در ایجاد ارتباط مبتنی بر فناوری،مهارت های معلم در کاربست فاوا توجه ویژه داشته باشند.<br> <strong>کلمات کلیدی:</strong> انگیزش پیشرفت، مدارس هوشمند، مولفه های مدارس هوشمند،ویژگی ها <strong>Introduction</strong>: The present study was conducted to investigate the relationship between academic achievement motivation and professional characteristics of smart school teachers in Birjand.<span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>Methods</strong>:&nbsp;<span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">This descriptive research examines the correlation and relationships between the components of the predictor variable (teachers&#39; professional characteristics) and the criterion variable (students&#39; academic achievement motivation).</span></span></span>The sampling method is multi-stage and the total number of teachers in the selected schools in each school was 22 people. The total number of students was 300 in girls chr(&#39;39&#39;)high school and 270 in boyschr(&#39;39&#39;) high school. Data were collected using the Leper et al.chr(&#39;39&#39;)s academic motivation questionnaire and the professional characteristics questionnaire of government teachers and colleagues.<br> <strong>Results</strong>: Pearson correlation coefficients showed that there is a significant correlation between the variables of teacher skills in creating teaching-based environment and technology-based learning, teacher skills in creating technology-based communication, teacher skills in using ICT with motivation of intelligent school students in Birjand. .
